I Just Drove In Thinking it would be the Same as Any other car wash Price£ wise they asked me 3 times only the outside to get washed I said yes just a normal car wash they did a really good job and I should be pleased but when I said " how much is that mate" ( and I was planning on Tipping ) he said that will be £20 ! For a standard car wash your having a laugh so first time will be my last time Avoid 👎

Been using this car wash for years, new staff are rude and told me to pay extra due to car brand, I explained that I have used the service 100s of times, they replied you can afford it so you should pay more. No customer service or basic manners so I will now opt for the competition down the rd

Awful clean! Thought it was all done, so drove home. Get home and my alloys have not even been cleaned and the plastics look awful! £35 for a small car and it looks terrible!

£25 to wash the outside of a Q5 is a complete rip off. Reduced to £20 when I pointed out it took less than 10 min. Not surprised there was no queue

Unfortunately I have been consistently disappointed with the clean from these guys, feels like the car and windows are always left streaky with watermarks afterwards and they always, always miss so many things. It’s “ok” but not really good enough for the premium price. Gave them another try today after about a year of avoiding (have always used Dale Road who are fantastic but now closed) but I still feel ripped off and like I need to finish the clean myself. Tried to open all compartments and remove any rubbish to give them the best shot but they’ve still missed a door compartment (because there was a bottle of water in it), lighter compartment (even though I left it open), not cleaned in any pockets etc. Perhaps I’ve been spoiled or I’m expecting too much but it feels frustrating to pay nearly £40 and still have to come home and finish cleaning it myself - when other car cleaners do a much better job!

I was so impressed! Five people straight on the car inside and out, it was like the pits top in F1!! They did a super job, mats trims, nooks and crannies! Highly recommend!

Used this company regularly for years and always been impressed but this time took my Renault Trafic and the basically they just washed the sides and charged me £22…when I queries why they hadn’t done the roof they said ‘ah we don’t do roofs’ ??!! And ‘if you want the roof doing that’ll be an extra £40’! Why would I take my car to be washed and not want the roof doing? It makes zero sense, and nowhere does it say this is the case! Outrageously poor, and silly expensive. Such a shame as they used to be good.

Asked for the £30 service and confirmed the price twice before they started. When I left, I was in a rush and paid without checking, but later saw I had been charged £45 instead. There was no explanation for the higher charge and no option given to agree to any upgrade. The staff did comment on how dirty the car was, which makes me think they may have increased the price without properly informing me. There’s also no contact number or email to resolve this directly, which is frustrating. I would not recommend based on this experience.

Clean is fine but they tried to convince me my Mercedes estate was a 4x4 and therefore cost more. It’s obviously just a little shake down which is pretty typical at these places but still irritating

My car had been parked up for 9 months as I was unable to drive due to health issues. Now able to drive took my car to them and they cleaned it up inside and outside. It had got very dirty and green on the outside and now looking great now. It is better than going through a car wash.

My car looks new! They are so thorough. Not the cheapest but they are really good !

Didn't get it washed. Pulled in at 5.19pm. Wanted inside and out. I was told they will only do the outside. Closes at 6pm. WHY CANT WE JUST GET A GOOD SERVICE SOMEWHERE.

Used Ben's for many years in the past until they insisted that my Aygo (old shape) was a medium sized car! I now have a Fiat Qubo classified as an MPV car (windows, 5 seats etc) so thought I'd try them again. The staff there decided that I apparently drive a van so charged me £20 for 4 minutes work (external only) but had to ask them to wipe the rear passenger doors cills! On the plus side, the member of staff I spoke to was reasonably polite & my CAR is clean 😏
