IMO Car Wash

Poor mobile coverage prevented me from buying the special offer that wasn't available when purchasing from the operators at the site. I had a £20 ceramic wash. It was OK but the wheels were left very dirty, the drying was so poor I had to use my drying cloth to dry the car. Won't rush back.

Would not recommend going here. The member of staff was very unfriendly and was yelling at us when our hand break wouldn't turn off (it's automatic). We paid for the HD wash (second to most expensive) and the wash was ok but was very brief and didn't get all the bird poo off. Definitely won't be going back here.

Fantastic service at IMO Car Wash Lancing! I went for the Diamond Wash today and my car looks absolutely immaculate for a quick wash. The staff were brilliant and they told me about their app to help save money on future visits. Highly recommended!

I came in today for the first time and asked for a Triple Foam wash. The workers were very kind to me and helped me understand the procedure. My car looked way better than expected afterwards. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Left bird poo still on my car, it wasn’t even attempted to be cleaned. Waste of money but convenient for a quick scrub.

Didn't get all of the bird poo off, quite expensive for what it is. The man wasn't cheery but was fine I suppose.

Isn't great. It didn't dry the back of the car properly and there were Bird pooh marks which it just didn't get off.

Wash on top rate could be cleaner on equipment as evidence of hard water line scale build up. Service was good with no delays in completing wash.

Went to give it a go before subscribing to their packages and thank god I did, I have a Hyundai coupe and they refused to wash it because of the stock spoiler it comes with..
