I took my car here yesterday to have cleaned before our holiday. They quoted £40 cash to clean the car which was higher then the advertised price but I thought fine. I came back 45 mins later as requested, car looked ok at first glance. When I went to close the door and the internal handle came off in my hand, they had somehow managed to snap it off whilst cleaning and then just tried to piece it back together. I bought this to their attention which at first denied and pretended they didn’t do it. They then said their boss would be there soon and would give me a call to fix it. During this time I noticed abit of external trim on the roof was totally missing. Turned out they’d also broken that and lost it, they managed to find it in the gutter. All of this just shows a totally disregard and disrespect of someone’s property. They called me 45 mins later and said a mechanic had come out a replaced the door handle. They had clearly just glued the original handle back on as you could still see the cracks. This morning I’ve also noticed a piece of internal trim missing which they’ve clearly broken off and thrown away rather than owning up to it. They also gave my mats back to me soaking wet and smelling awful, like filthy water had been used to clean them. Overall I couldn’t believe how bad the service was, I wasn’t even offered a refund. If you care about your car I’d suggest staying well AWAY from this place. Mines come back broken, smelling awful and not overly clean. It may be an older car but it’s been well looked after and loved and didn’t deserve to be treated like this.

I recently visited for a hand car wash, and I have to say, it was a very disappointing experience. The service was subpar from start to finish. I noticed several spots that were completely missed, especially on the windows and around the wheels. There were also streaks left all over the car, indicating a lack of proper drying. Additionally, I was unpleasantly surprised when it came time to pay. The prices displayed prominently at the entrance were significantly lower than what I was charged. When I questioned this discrepancy, the staff provided vague explanations and were not accommodating in adjusting the price to match their advertised rates. This felt like a blatant attempt to overcharge customers and was incredibly frustrating. Overall, I left feeling quite dissatisfied. I expected a thorough and professional hand car wash but received careless and lackluster service instead. On top of that, the dishonest pricing practices only added to my negative experience. I will not be returning to , and I do not recommend it to others looking for a quality and transparent car wash experience.

Ruined the paint on my car with the pressure washer… There were some existing small scuffs (can see one in the picture) on my car, so the person washing my car decided to hold the pressure washer an inch from the body to try and remove them (???) and now there is a much more noticeable patch where the clear coat has been stripped away. Avoid!

These Guys are so good! I regularly bring both of my vehicles here as well as my Son's car. They really give a great clean to the cars, and really pay attention to small details, like using their vacuum to esse out water which remains in the side mirror housing. I really like their friendly attitude and their sincere work ethic to really provide a first class service. The rate is also competitvely priced, unlike many of their rivals. I have been using these guys for a number of years now. I don't use anyone else.

I was not happy with the end result of the vehicle, they up the price when they looked inside the car. They spent most of the time talking, I Would Not Recommend
