More than once they’ve tried unfairly overcharge me. Pretty unethical. A shame some of the people that work there are very nice. I clean my car regularly. They don’t have any loyalty whatsoever. I don’t recommend at all unless you don’t mind being taken for a ride price wise. They get you in the queue where you’re stuck and then unfairly charge. After reading the owners reply I'm editing my review. Rather than accountability for bad business practices, they have twisted the narrative to paint me in a negative light. I did not use the F word, or shout or scream at the staff. Nor were any customers privy to what happened since I was inside my car for the entire exchange. In fact, one of the staff who cleaned my car earlier that day was very kind to me. I attended the car wash earlier in the day and before entering asked the owner if he thought I could get through in half an hour and he said no problem. I was on my lunch break. I'd wanted to clean interior and exterior. Twenty five minutes passed and there were still two cars ahead - they said they wouldn't be able to finish the job within the half hour, so I paid for the outside only which was supposed to be £9. I was charged £13 but didn't complain. I came back later that day to ask if I could pay for the additional fee to have the interior done. I have a very small car, and the interior wasn't very dirty. Its a new car I just purchased. They said to do the interior only would be £15, despite the fact I'd already paid £13 (was supposed to be £9?). I explained what happened earlier, to the manager, but she was not willing to allow me to pay the difference of a full service, and that I would have to pay for the entire service again even though they'd already done the exterior earlier, and was only having the interior done. This is unethical and without any values placed on customer service or loyalty. I was trapped in the queue and had to wait for the person whose car was being vacuumed out before I could leave. I do question the ethics of this company. Its very easy to be kind and considerate. Its also very easy to get people trapped in a queue on a Friday afternoon and unfairly charge them. Had they been a little more considerate in their approach and their reply to my unsavory yet honest review, this review could have been positive like most of my others.

Had the mini valet for £35 after getting mud everywhere and they did a great job.

Hands down the worst car wash I’ve even had and I opted for the £40 one! The car was still covered in marks and dirt. I could wipe it off with my finger tip! There was dried mud in the carpets and the door pockets hadn’t been touched. The car still had cobwebs on it! See pictures. Never again.

This place used to be well run and good value. No more. Rip off merchants trying to avoid cleaning the inside of the car - for £23?! Also rude.

Great car wash, the quality of the clean inside and out is always brilliant and reasonably priced. The owners and workers are also really nice and have always been really kind to me and my children whenever we have used it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Great service and efficient. The staff are very polite and take a lot of care in what they do. I’ve come here a couple times now for my car wash and have struggled to find any better in Brighton.

When I got back I noticed my bonnet had been scrateched in several places. Had used them several times previously with good results at very competitive prices but won't be using again..

My experience was nothing but positive; they did a great clean on the inside and out of my car. They were polite and worked really hard; my car was pretty grotty. Would definitely use again.

My car was trashed by bird poop this week and these guys did a great job thoroughly cleaning the car inside and out. I’d definitely use them again.

Poor. Not washed properly...still underside was dirty. Was told open at 8....turned up at 8.30 and gates locked. Expensive too.

Don’t recommend this guy as he was in a hurry and he has no dedication to what he does, He just need the money, for what he is not giving to the customer, Hope he might have heard something call customer satisfaction, as seen majority reviews are bad about him. I been for a car wash, he was in a hurry and doesn’t done his part well.very much disappointed and less than 10 mins cleaning paid £23 . The dirts on the Rim, Corners of the backside exhaust, below the front bumper dirts are still there. I asked for a wet cloth to wipe off the dirt near door he said , it’s not in the job and for that Job it will be £35. (that’s alright with me, even I asked for a wet cloth to clean it myself, he said no cloth available) Never recommend to others. As seen in his replies, it’s well proven. No urge to change for improvement. NB:He does have a nice location in the town, if he changes more customers to follow a friendly advice. Cheers

Good wash, they clean cars to a good standard. Attention to detail is good. Price is OK too.

Friendly staff and excellent work on the one occasion I found it open. But since then I've gone at various times when it is supposed to be open, only to find the gates closed (at 5:15 pm), or the gates open and no one there (at 8:30 am). I thought I'd just got the opening times confused, as Google, the car wash website, and the hoardings outside all give different times. But no, I've been at 3pm and it's still shut.
