The word incongruity comes to mind, the service they offer is incompatible with what they think the service actually is. Got charged £5 extra because "Your car was dirty" . I need to think about that, considering I have 4 car wash options within 1 mile of my house and it took less time to do her small 2 door car compared to my larger family car.

Very poor customer service very rude they charge you more then the price lest End of the jod they telling u bez ur car was too dirty, which is no true i wash my car every week !

Really disappointed this time. Have used Camden over the years and they’ve normally been pretty good. This time my car’s been scratched on the bonnet in several places. Windows were still dirty and the interior was still dusty and dirty in places. Was supposed to be a mini valet and for £45 I ended up cleaning more of it myself when I got home. Will be visiting again to discuss the scratches!! Not happy. Update: of course they weren’t helpful at all and denied making the marks

Have just had a dent removed from my car, it is a japanese import so was a bit tricky, Abi did a superb job and matched the pearlesent paint (a difficult job itself!). I would highly recommend them. Abi even cleaned my car inside and out.... great job, thank you Abi.

Amateur service.. Wouldn't bother coming here.. not even cheap.. currently cleaning inside myself

Arrived 5.20pm and told it was closing. I've been here many times later than this.Google clearly states 6pm closing time!

I arrived at 5:30 and they said they were closed, when I said it says online you’re open till 6 he said they already had a car in so he wouldn’t be able to clean my car in time. There was 4 guys doing nothing but smoking and one car that had already been cleaned. Such bad service would not recommend to anyone

Fantastic had my car valet cleaned inside and out and its looking good as new not a spec of dust left inside and shiny on outside.best thing is i can drop my car off without appointment and pick it back up within the hour all done ! Have used this service before and will continue to use as I am always happy with results and the staff are helpful and polite.

The guys did a great clean on my car. Valet throughout, very thorough and didn’t miss anything. Will defo return. Friendly and clear info given on timings and price and what would be cleaned. Thank you!

I came to get my car cleaned and informed them I wasn't happy the last visit and was even happy to pay more to ensure it was done properly. Again very disappointed in the service as i was made to wait while someone had a break (which was fine we all deserve a break and I understand how hard they work..) I spoke with others who where having there car cleaned to a higher standard then mine was. There was dust on the outside which I was told was from the seafront nearby. Tyre shine not even applied And the boot and back shelf wasn't even hoovered or even shook off at the least.. So even after the £30 later I still need to go and hoover it myself.. I will NOT be returning to Camden St Valeting services. As I had to wait I couldn't even get them to go over again as I had an appointment to be at.. The service the other customers got was not what I received. I hope the Boss seems this as asks the guys to take Alittle more care as they have lost a repeated customer..

I’m a local and I always use these guys. Do a fab job and are much more reasonable than local competition

I had some minor body work from key scratches down to metalwork. They have a spray area there. Excellent job and cheaper than regular bodywork businesses.

Terrible service. They don't clean the car properly. Water marks all over. Tyre shine not even applied I had to remind them. Very lazy staff. They are just there to take your money not to wash your car.

I went to get my car done and he stated it was dirty therefore £30 and when I enquired instead of £20. I said politely well that a huge difference and he said go somewhere else then. I have. They aren’t nice their or that good. I won’t bother with them again.

Shame. I’ve being using this place for 8+ years. Obviously there have been price increases over the years, but I’ve just been told my car will cost £35 for a clean inside and out. It’s currently 4/10 in terms of its need of a clean. I’m used to paying £20 even when it’s 8/10. ‘It’s very bad’ is simply not correct and whoever this new guy is will badly affect the business. I simply asked if prices have just gone up and a staight answer would maybe suffice. But ‘it’s very bad’ is nonsense. You’ve lost my business I’m afraid. (And all my family and friends)
