IMO Car Wash

Absolutely crap. Closed when its supposed to be open and the staff are rude and dont do a good job....unlike the other sites in the area.

Disappointed, after arriving just before 8am, as the website suggests, it didn’t actually open until 8.30am, which is displayed on the opening hours, not on the website though. Waited patiently, as needed my car washed. Paid for the top wash, £20, after getting home, very disappointed, car is dirty, still has bird poo marks all over it, dirty water marks, and wheels still dirty. Definitely won’t be using again. I would have got my car cleaner spraying it with a hose from 20’ away myself.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was genuinely impressed with the valet service at IMO Car Wash on Shripney Road today. I really put them to the test as my car was particularly filthy, both inside and out, but they did an excellent job. The team were quick, professional and friendly, and they had my car looking clean and fresh again while I waited. The standard of the clean exceeded my expectations, especially considering how dirty it was to begin with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a fast, high-quality valet service. I’ll definitely be back.

I had a full valet service completed in no time what so ever and the car come out better then it would from a dealership. staff are friendly and always happy to help, i would highly recommend most defiantly worth the 5 stars.

Good wash & wax. Only issue ( hence only 4 stars ) was the cleaning of the could have been better.

Arrived at 5:50pm as the website says they’re open until 6:30pm, but was turned away and told they weren’t accepting more cars. There were only four cars ahead of me, and it’s hard to believe it would take 40 minutes to wash them. Feels misleading — if there’s a cut-off time, it should be clearly stated.

Just had my car valet and I’m genuinely blown away by the result 🤩 It looks absolutely unreal, like it’s just come straight out of the showroom. Every surface is spotless, the interior smells fresh, and the attention to detail was next level. You can tell real care and pride went into the work. If you want your car looking brand new again, I can’t recommend this service enough. Massive thanks for doing such an incredible job! 🚗✨

Water smells, and there’s one staff member who is always there who has an appalling attitude. Very short tempered and rude. Thought it was just me but visiting with others in the car, and they said they would have reversed out of the car wash and told him to refund it.

Hi, very poor car wash, I'm go for triple foam but is was just single, hot wax just spraying little bit on top side not working at all, usually go there but not anymore. Waisting money.

IMO Bognor Regis Car Wash has always been very welcoming, friendly as well as excellent service. Attention to details and the car always comes out very clean. Truly amazing!

Friendly guys, helpful in understanding the importance of each wash and what you receive with we at you spend. The Manager was very happy to help With the ‘ Diamond wax ‘ option which fitted best for my lovely 6 series . Google doesn’t let me upload an image but never the less the guys go above and beyond for there customers and their attention to details proves that -

Excellent car wash. Serious, competent & friendly guys explained how to get the best out of this automatic car wash. We stayed in the car as we went through the washing routine. I must say that our car looked much cleaner than when I go through competitor car wash systems. All good!
