Glow Hand Car Wash

So been there and payed £40 for a full platinum valet, didn’t get it no wax or polish…interior not a good quality still dusty and not done, not worth it at all. Just a wash yes nothing else. Waste of £40 could have saved £27 and do it my self property in max 1 hour. I won’t use them again and I can’t recommend them either.

Reporting this business to the Trades Description Agency. Advertising one price - charging a higher price. This business used to be really good value. Not sure why it has deteriorated so much. I'll be taking my custom elsewhere.

Your better off washing your own car!!! Quite rude and missed loads of areas on car especially the wheels

This was the second time I washed my car at this place. I thought the quality of the wash depended on the shift, but it turned out that wasn't the case. The wash was very poor, with dirty spots left on the bodywork and dust remaining on the leather seats, the cup holders weren't washed, the area between the seats and doors wasn't vacuumed at all, the curtain in the boot wasn't wiped down, and dust remained on the plastic in the boot. This is the most expensive service at £45 for an estate car. To put it mildly, I do not recommend this car wash!!!!

I wish i had read the reviews first. I paid for a platinum service today but got the worst service. Car still dirty, they didn't hoover the mats. Water marks still all over the car body. That one lady who works there was very rude to me and told me that if i wasn't happy i should call the boss!!! Is this how it should be?? I wouldn't recommend this car wash, it’s a waste of time and money.

Not good car wash lovely people but left still with dirt all in my car when going to other car washes they always hoover my floor mats absolutely awful!

We have been using this car was for a while and always been ok. Last time I went they said it was £3 more than stated as it was dirty. The charge was being applied to all cars that day apparently as they were dirty from surface spray. I could understand if I had been off roading but it was only salt from the road which would wash away with no more effort than usual with a jet wash. Who takes clean cars to a car wash? Anyway, I paid £20 for an outside instead of the normal £15 and the wheels were still dirty when I came out. Would not return again.

The staff are friendly and done a top class job cleaning our corsa.Well done to all of them.We will definitely be visiting again for a car wash 👍

The quality was OK but the pricing is disingenuous. They insisted that my honda jazz was a "large or estate" and priced it accordingly despite me challenging them on this. It wasn't worth an argument, I just won't go back.

First and last time using this car wash. Wheels were still covered in crap and not clean at all. Water marks still all over the body of the car. The staff had a bad attitude as well with filthy looks as we pulled in and no manners what so ever. To pay what we did just for the outside was ridiculous for the service received. Won't visit again.

I opted for premium service and I got one of the worst cleaning services. I think a standard cleaning service do a better job. I don't understand how this place have so good reviews.

Excellent, always delighted with the service and results. The mini valet is great at getting your car back to shine, but for those special days the platinum is the way to go. Even on busy days they take the same amount of care and effort. Highly recommended.
