Just rubbish car wash nothing done well just want to wash outside was same like how I come I will never come back 🤮🤮

Very bad service, after washing car not dried well, not hoovered well.not good . I will not go there again. Bad service for the money they take.

I’ve been here a few times as it’s convenient and they always leave large areas of my car dirty. Wouldn’t recommend

Went to get my car cleaned, Parked 2 spaces down from where they are working, asked for a wash and got attitude for my troubles. Accused me of blocking them in. Best to avoid

They have damaged my window seal while cleaning and refused to take the blame. The car at the time was spotless with 2000 miles from dealership. Only thing they said was 'Its typical to see damages on a car when you clean it'. The car was 2 months old from the dealership without any defects, definitely do not recommend these guys

These guys did an amazing job on my car! It was, quite frankly, disgusting from where the kids and the dog had been in it, and it hadn't been cleaned for quite a while. I was embarrassed tbh 🙈 Even though I arrived towards the end of the day, they worked really hard and had it looking like new again. It was even better than I was expecting and they even managed to remove a water mark from the seat from a spilt bottle that's been there for ages! Really pleased, thanks guys!!

Charges too much for doing nothing

5 March 2025 - This carwash is based onsite at Tesco Hookwood. An exterior wash for a medium sized vehicle came in at £15. The service was prompt and the finish was reasonable. Unfortunately the operatives left some tide marks and smears on the windows and the odd spot of hardened dirt on the bodywork was missed. Staff require some additional attention to detail be awarded the coveted five stars. And to boot, no Clubcard points are available despite being advertised.

Poor inside clean just now, pricey too 🫤. Had the outside done a couple of weeks ago and was really pleased.

I have been using this wash for 3 years. The best in the area, look at the top finish on my car. They do this every single time ! I won’t go anywhere else.
