Waves Hand Car Wash Gatwick

The guy looked inside my car and moaned that I have dogs. Said he hated doing cars that had been used for dogs. He said 'if I have to then I have to do it' I gave him my keys but after thinking about it I decided not to bother as I wasn't confident that he would do a good job because of his attitude. Usually I get good service here so was disappointed in this guy's attitude. I cleaned the car myself so saved £25.00

Arrived early to be sure I could be served quickly, still no one on site 25minutes after opening time. Gave up. Clearly no interest in providing a service to customers

Not a happy bunny. Quoted £35 for in and out which was already more than I wanted to spend but was promised it would be spotless. When I collected it the car looked fine however as it’s started to dry out it’s still not clean. Please can someone contact me about returning and cleaning it again free of charge please as this isn’t acceptable. Just a few photos attached of the lack of cleaning done.

Took 2 cars and 1 van to these guys over a period of a few days to have Valeted. Absolutely fantastic. Did a wonderful job, looks as good as the day I bought the vehicles Highly recommend

Superb job , THE BEST EVER ! Been going for years and I'm in danger of taking these guys for granted...and so its time to say THANKYOU ! The whole package, from the wash ,dry and polish, to the internal clean , my car looks like new and it's back to showroom standard appearance. Gleaming ! Well done and thanks to SAMMY and his team who always do a great job. Highly recommended , real professionals. . Highly recommend them

The lovely 3 men Helped me out after trying to use another self service that had NO CLEAN WATER!!! Luckily they did 😃 & didn’t even charge me I’LL BE BCK

Always trying the overcharging game 🤣 luckily today I asked before. 25 even though the sign says 20. Seems the bad reviews are never ending. Only wanted to use them fir the convinience but you can get the inside and out done at Wiltshires for 15. Rude aswell.

Maybe more expensive than some other local hand carwashes but worth it for a proper clean. Also so convenient as in Tesco carpark.

Lousy finish!

I took my large SUV here the other week and was amazed at how immaculately clean it was. When I picked it up it was like a brand new car inside and out. I was worried they wouldn’t clean the I inside as I have a dog so it was rather muddy. However, they did an brilliant job and I would recommend them.

Always use wave car wash at Tesco hookwood. Very friendly and efficient. Car spotless inside and out. Thoroughly recommend

Top car wash so pleased with results

The car was washed apart from passenger side panels which are half washed. Still a lot of residue a long the roof panels, windows etc. complete rip off and a half hearted job

Very poor service. Rude staff and irresponsible. Did asked them to make a deep proper clean and when i come back outside the car was dirty, inside the old coffee cup not removed, rubbish still in car and no one was responsible. Poor communication, they can’t even talk English Waste of time and money

I visited this carwash a few weeks ago. There is a knob on the back wiper of my car which could easily fall off using a powerful hose like theirs so before I handed the keys over, I asked the guy in the kiosk to come so I could show him. His response was 'no, I can't come over, I am busy'. I left the keys anyway. He told me to come back in and hour's time but 30 minutes into the hour, I decided to walk over and watch what they were doing. The person cleaning the inside mustn't have realised it was my car. He had the radio in my car on and on full blast. One of his colleagues came over and asked him to turn it off when he realised I was there. I was charged £20 for the wash and the cleaning of the interior. The stains and dirt on the backseat were all still there. I should have just asked for a wash and did the inside myself. I won't be going back to this particular carwash again.
