Absolutely thrilled to bits with how well my car was cleaned. When I collected my DS3 I could have cried because it looked like a brand new car. All the gentleman were so smiley and I can't thank you enough for making me SO happy.

They never wash the car properly they let marks of dirt, they never finished properly. But this is something common almost every car wash it disappointing.

I got the Gold clean today and the staff were very helpful and polite, my car has recently been on a roadtrip and was in need of a clean including dog hair, and 40 mins later my car was spotless and I am very impressed with the quality. Will be back again and would recommend to others. Thank you

Just had the usual excellent car clean by the very good Waves Hand Car Wash team at Tesco car park Fratton Way. This time they also did a wonderful job in removing a full car length paint scratch as well as the usual top rate clean inside and out. Such nice friendly people always doing a brilliant job. I washed my car at these guys previously. Totally unprofessional. Even my 8 year old grandson could do a better job. Dust everywhere, crumbs not hoovered. Windows with smears everywhere. Can tell you one thing for a fact. This place is definitely not a car wash!! Let alone the prices are a rip off i was desperate due to selling the car. Waste of money. Do not go here you’re better off washing it yourself.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this car wash visit was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others. From start to finish, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. First, the staff acted like they couldn’t care less. No greeting, no explanation of services—just took the payment and rushed me along. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic customer service. The wash itself was even worse. My car came out with dirt still on the doors and streaks all over the windows. The interior “cleaning” looked like they barely touched anything, dust everywhere, crumbs still in the cup holders, and the mats were barely shaken out. I basically had to redo everything myself at home. No apology, no offer to fix it, nothing. Overall, a complete waste of money and time. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of better car washes out there—save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Twice I’ve used this car wash and both times I’ve received nothing but friendliness and professionalism. Alex and his team are great I will be back again.

I had a wash and polish, and my car looks and smells wonderful now. Great friendly team, they gave me a loyalty card and were so polite. Lovely lads. I would recommend them.
