Aqua Car Wash

I have been using these guys for years, never had a problem until today. Somehow the radio in my 21plate car started to glitch all over after the car had been cleaned inside, I asked if it had been sprayed or the steering controls had been either and had nothing but ignorance and rudeness from the manager, apparently nothing had been sprayed even though he wasn't even there!! And it must be a problem with the car! Never shall I go back there again!! They have o customer service what so ever!! Would not even listen to anything I tried to say on the matter!

Have used this car wash a few times a year and they clean the car very well, but they now seem to be understaffed and consequently it is a very slow process. Last time I was there for about 45 minutes even though hardly anyone queuing. They only had two staff working.

The BEST in Portsmouth (My opinion) Absolutely brilliant 👏 Very thorough 👍 The owner and staff are super friendly!! They honestly do the best wash and the real bonus is....they are so cheap compared to the others. Have you ever noticed once you've had the inside of your windows cleaned, after a day or so you can see smears? Well not when you use Aqua carwash. I have spoken to the owner to ask how he does it. He will always use a clean cloth. Simple isn't it! Look at the inside of your windows the next time you use another hand carwash and you will see what I mean. My car was filthy (i should of taken before and after photos) and now it's almost showroom quality clean. I highly recommend 💯🫶

Good wash but beware if you have alloy wheel protectors fitted. They put something on my wheels which not even acetone would remove. Had to be painstakingly scraped off with a blade.
