RUDE AND UNORGANISED!!! Turned up, was told I'd need to go away and make an appointment... call up, had a conversation & made an appointment on Wednesday to have a the platinum service on Saturday at 8.30am (time and day suggested to me by the business owner, NOT at request). No details were taken while on the call just assured with "I remember you, yes, no problem", this was a major red flag! Chose to give him the benefot of the doubt that he has jotted something down. Turn up for the appointment the business owner booked me in for himself, there was another car just pulled into his garage (not booked in, as the owner confirmed), to be told I'm not expected "I told you I arrive from 8.30, I don't open until 9am" & "there is no appointments here you just come" .... so when I turned up the week before, it was appointment only - then at the pre arranged appointment I was informed its 1st come 1st serve. Make it make sense!?!?! I chose Cloud 9 as it had been recommended to me, I got my 1year old and my 20weeks pregnant self into the car at 7.50am to arrive for an 8.30am Saturday morning appointment - to be told there was not one booked!!! Absolutely shocking customer service!!! Very polite on the phone & disgustingly rude to me upon arrival. WILL NEVER USE, NOR RECOMMEND!!!

Came to wash my car at 4.45 & they refused to wash my as they close at 5. Still had 15 minutes could of washed it easy.
