I think Richard may need to get extra storage space after I saw how good my car looked following its ceramic coating and full valeting, the only way I’ll keep it looking that good is never to drive it again. Excellent job, well done.

After years of average cleans and coatings on my car from other companies I was recommended to Rich and I’m so glad to have found this diamond. His attention to detail and honesty is second to none and he’s always gone that extra mile. 1st class service by Richard and the whole team at Refined Detail. I enquired about front end PPF to my Spyder but was concerned by the existing paintwork. I needn't have been worried, the team did a great job machine polishing the car before the PPF was applied and vastly improved any chips that had been touched up previously. The team fitted the work into their already busy schedule knowing full well I was taking the car on the European road trip in the very near future - THANK YOU The results speak for themselves and I will definitely return to Refined Detail in the future to get by Spyder RS PPF'd once purchased ! :)

Highly recommend Richard/Refined Detail. From initial inquiry (and many questions after) right to picking up my car the service was excellent. Richard was fast to respond to emails and provided many detailed answers to questions, as this was the first time I have had PPF applied to a car. He highlighted the benefits while also being clear with expectations. After dropping the car off I was provided with a handful of updates and photos as work progressed. Collection was arranged with Richard being very accommodating around my work schedule allowing for a later collection time. The finished result is amazing, one of my concerns about PPF was unsightly edges/seams being visible I’m happy to say that this is not the case with Refined; you have to really look to even know PPF is applied! A big thank you to Richard for an exemplary job. After an initial discussion one evening he run through the different options available and answered all my questions. The work consisted of a combination of: Stealth PPF on bodywork. Gloss PPF to the piano black surfaces. Complete Ceramic coating including: Bodywork. Piano black surfaces. Glass. Alloy wheels & brake calliper’s. Interior seal to fabric & leather surfaces. He also run through the steps required to look after the PPF/Ceramic coat and supplied how to guides to follow and suggested products to use. I found Richard to be very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful, well mannered with a customer service that exceeds expectations. Thoroughly recommend.
