Hand Car Wash

Poor. My 2 seater that measures smaller than a fiesta was charged as large car because it was dirty?? When I said I wouldn't be here if it was clean she said "I'll have to use a sponge"? As a 2 seater, dirt was from usual road for 6 weeks over the winter, no mud etc. I then returned to find the dashboard had been scratched and roof still wasn't clean.

4:30 on a Sunday and had a whole tin of paint spill in my new car, I was devastated but somehow these guys got it out, by half 5 I was on my way. I cannot thank them enough / certainly great value for money and good hard working team, thank you keep up the good work!

Have to apologise to the staff because I thought they accidentally lost a sunglasses bag from my car when cleaning but I found it after in the one bag we didn't check. The clean was very good, they did try helping me find the little bag and let me look through everything bless them. I do not remember moving it from where it has been for 4 years. So sorry staff and thank you for trying to help!

These guys stole my air pods when cleaning my car. They gave everything else that was left in the car back in a bag but failed to return these. After clearly seeing in my ‘find my’ app they had them, they first denied having them or knowing anything about them. After saying I know they’re there and I will report to the police if I need to (didn’t really want to do this so gave them a chance), miraculously the next day they turned up (without the case and fully charged - which they weren’t prior to the theft…) after a third visit to them! Awful behaviour, clearly taken to be used by a member of their staff and had no intention of returning if I hadn’t noticed. To add insult to injury the full valet I paid for was probably only a 5 or 6 out of 10. I would be careful when using these guys. They also insisted I paid cash… despite having card payment facilities…

They use an extremely corrosive traffic film remover (TFR). This can damage the finish on parts of your car, in my case it's caused damage that will cost about £1600 to fix. Suggest you do your own search on 'TFR Chrome marks' to see for yourself. I wish I knew this before I used a hand wash company for the very first time. My car's only been cleaned at the dealers, and I know the marks were not there before. The marks are permanent and cannot be removed. I should have twigged something was amiss when I picked the car up, as it was parked about 30m away in the shady part of the car park. I suggest you do your own research, but this is a particular problem for VAG cars including, Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Skoda.
