Waterlooville Hand Car Wash

Terrible only wanted a quick rinse!! Instead they have dried with a dirty cloth and have scratches all over my partner's car!! Which now will have to pay to get it all buffed out!! Some are to deep to get out. Tired telling us all ready there which is a load of c@#p as not long had the car and know exactly what condition it was in. So disappointed as only wanted it washed down. If you have a car you are not bothered to much about then yeah there the guys,

Rush job , took 2 hours to clean and still half done

I decided to take my bike green laning, then I remembered I don't have anywhere to wash my bike easily at home. On my way home I spotted this place and saw they do bikes so decided to give it a go. I'm very impressed with their work and will definitely be returning in the future! My bike was fairly muddy and they got it all off. They also gave the bike time to rest and cool down before washing to reduce the chance of damage. If they end up doing more bikes, my only suggestion would maybe have some chain lube on offer for an extra 50p/£1 for a spray. The cars there looked great too, I expect I'll take mine there some time.

The price is ok but the wheel cleaning products are quite aggressive so be warned. I paid for a wash and wax, but the wax can't have been applied as there was no beading from water.

Vile experience with this car wash, there was one young lad who is very rude I would avoid this car wash

My car is still dirty, kept my car for well over 2 hours I arrived and my cars still dirty

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend this car wash highly enough! They always do an excellent job on both the outside and inside of my car. They’re brilliant at tackling pet hair and the inevitable mess that comes with small children, leaving everything spotless. My car always comes back looking fresh and smelling amazing. Friendly, reliable, and worth every visit – I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Very polite and cleaned my car perfectly even carried my bags to the car....

I had a bit of a mare yesterday evening... to say the least 😂 Come 4pm I managed to knock over a good 6 ounces of formula all over me and my car seats. Somehow my baby ended up milk free 🤷‍♀️ Anyway...I rushed to Waterlooville hand car wash (opposite Wicks) in desperation knowing it was gonna stink in the morning 🤢 They didn't even look at it, they said no problem, give us 15 minutes and we will have it done for you. They called me over when ready, they hoovered the whole inside of my car, washed all the back seats even around the isofix, I explained they didnt have to do that and had truly made my day. I think they could see it was having a mare, even offered to hose me down 😂 They charged a very small amount 🥹 I obviously gave more. Just want to say a huge thank you and share this experience as notice of appreciation, as I know it goes a long way for small businesses 🫶

I took my range rover to these guys for a full clean and they done such an amazing job would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

always friendly, do a decent job in an efficient manner. It is however disappointing that they just make up their prices on the spot - I have been charged varying amounts from £25 up to £45 for the same car with no explanation. Feels a little like being taken advantage of unfortunately.

Been here a few times now and I always get back in my car feeling like its brand new and smells amazing. They were even nice enough to fix my door that kept creaking everytime it was opened.
