Would give no stars if I could. Argumentative behaviour displayed by staff towards two young girls. Asked for gold which is £25, they had then charged me £35. So i obviously questioned it and they started saying it was because my car was dirty? Last time i checked, you go to a car wash to get it cleaned. So rude to both me and my partner, started speaking over us in their own language and wouldn’t give me my £10 back. Please avoid at all costs.

Awful experience!! Tried to barter with my about price trying to get me to pay £60 the £50 then £45 told me to pay cash snd i had to walk to the shop! Which i wasnt going to do as it says pay with card! Even the customer before me paid card - constantly pressuring me when i had a disabled child with me - whom one of them snatched his headphones off him whether for a laugh or not. My child is wearing a lanyard that is for disabilities you can see the headphone are not connected to anything and he was using them for sensory overload. I never gave you permission to touch my child. AVOID

Has to be the slowest most disorganised car wash I have ever been to. Waited over 20 mins for them to start the wash and then another half hour before the inside was started. The excuse given was that too many cars arrived for washing. If you can’t cope with the amount of work, take on more staff. There are plenty of other washes in the area and I will be using them next time. Never again

Mini bus clean before school runs start again. If everyone worked as hard as these guys do and had the same manners this country would be much more productive. Thanks for the excellent local service.

AVOID! Just visited this car wash and not only does my car not look like it has been cleaned (literally still got marks and bird poo all over it) but they have also damaged the rubber seal on the back of my car!!! I know for a fact the rubber deal did not look like that before going, as I had literally just put stuff in the boot and it was noticing the bird poo on the back that made me take it to be cleaned in the first place - the rubber did not look like that before going!!! They have also damaged my baby on board sticker which you can also see on the photo it’s came away at the bottom so no idea how they have used to cause the damage but obviously too forceful with something! When I got home and went to get my things out the boot I spotted the damage; took the car back immediately and they have denied all responsibility! In regards to the bird poo still left on there - they gave me tips on how to get it off myself 😂 All in all… paid to get my car cleaned and not only do I have to clean poo off it myself afterwards but also have lasting damage to my car - great service hey?! I’m gutted I didn’t check earlier reviews as seems they did the same to someone else a couple months ago too.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Absolutely terrible experience. This car wash is far from professional. Their staff used a jet wash far too close to my car, stripping the paint off. When I pointed it out, they were rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to resolve the situation. As a business that’s supposed to provide professional services, their attitude and carelessness are shocking. Instead of taking responsibility for the damage, they were unapologetic and unhelpful. If you value your car, avoid, avoid, avoid! I would never recommend this place to anyone. Do not trust them with your vehicle!

Efficient and got my car nice and clean

They are quick and efficient, they might occasionally miss a tiny little spot or two but I'd still say it's worth the money if you're unable/unwilling to clean it yourself.
