Fast and efficient

I have been using this car wash for a while, but unfortunately the standard has gradually got worse with each visit. The quality of the clean is very inconsistent, and it's even worse when there are several cars waiting. The staff are often rude and don't seem to take pride in their work. They don't move seats properly to vacuum underneath, don't put the seats back where they found them, and often fail to hoover thoroughly. They usually clean the mats but don't vacuum underneath them properly. They also didn't vacuum my boot at all. The interior wasn't wiped down properly either. The inside of the doors were still dirty, the door sills weren't cleaned, and after drying the car they left water drips and streaks everywhere. When I've raised concerns about the standard of the clean, they seem to get annoyed rather than trying to resolve the issue. Overall, the service is poor and certainly not worth the money. I won't be returning and would recommend others avoid this car wash if they're looking for a thorough, professional clean.

The worst experience ever. Just just ripped my seat and don't even admit that!!! They said it ripped my seat by sitting on it. Clearly you can see it is a fresh cut. And the guy extremely rude and abusive!!! Don't even clean car properly and even damaging it. The guys are fast but not careful at all!!!!

Excellent service - car thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Friendly staff and very efficient cleaning. Some nice finishing touches too. Will definitely come again.

I’ve taken my car here for years but recently service feels much more rushed and prices have increased by £5, so I don’t think I’ll be returning anymore :(

All I ask is to be treated with friendliness and a smile. From the moment I arrived I was treated with rudeness and a sense of judgement for having a dirty car. That’s why I came to have it cleaned I’m not quibbling about the price but I am quibbling about your customer relations. Just be friendly and smile and don’t act like you’re in a fury . I’ll take down this review and come back if you actually make sure your staff are friendly and pleasant- remember the customer is always right.
