I went to have my car cleaned for the second time at the same place, and this time I was charged a higher price. On top of that, the job wasn't finished properly. The inside of the rear windows hadn't been cleaned, the windscreen was left covered in streaks, and there were visible product marks on the bonnet. It was my second and last visit.

Only place I let wash my car i have decals all over my car that can be damaged by high jet washing everytime they clean it its spotless waxed and shiny even the tyres are done proper well worth the money Thank you (Mini girl)

I don’t like leaving one star reviews for small businesses, but I do feel this place has let me down too many times now. Last year I had a terrible experience where the gentleman at the car wash just randomly quoted a price only for me to find out there was a clear menu and I could have chosen different levels of cleaning. When I asked him to explain the cost, he was unable to and was clearly attempting to charge me £20 higher than what the menu on the wall stated. I left disappointed but did not want to leave a negative review. Today I drove in again, asked for a platinum wash, interior and exterior. The man barely even looked in the car and said he would only do the more expensive one ( diamond or whatever it is called). I asked him to look inside the car to tell me why he can’t do the level I’m asking. No explanation. I’m sorry but this is not how a car wash operates. I would understand if the car was extensively soiled, but my car was not that dirty to begin with. Asking me to wait 3 hours and refusing to do the level I’m asking is bordering on being a scammer.

Exceptional service. I had half an hour and they cleaned the car really well in that short time period. Fair price for a good and fast service, definitely recommend and I will come back.

I bring my BMW X5 here… she’s very dear to me. The workers are always friendly and do a fabulous job in leaving her sparkly clean. I leave happy but she leaves happier. Highly recommend! Thank you so much 😊

Had my car cleaned there today 19/04/26, waited for 2 and a half hours only to get back a car that still needed a lot of work , dust still on the dash , inside doors still dirty , just overall a 2/10 in cleaning. The outside was full of marks where the car wasn't wiped properly. the last time i took my car there i was quite impressed but this time it was a disaster.

Absolutely shocking service at the Belfry centre car wash. I arrived on time for my car to be cleaned and no one was there, when someone arrived I treated them and explained I had booked online. The member of staff demanded “I need to see it!” Mutiple times, meaning the car and the online booking confirmation. I showed this and was then told repeatedly “you pay extra £20!” When I challenged this (as my car was not excessively dirty) I was told “you pay £20 now, no refund.” The member of staff refused to put this in writing for me and I left quite shaken up by the experience. I felt like the member of staff was purposely trying to intimidate me as I was a female on my own. I then visited another local car wash (Bubbles) and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The pricing system was clear and they quoted me a standard car wash price rather than trying to add unexpected charges. I recommend everyone visit bubbles instead of here! Raised a formal complaint - awaiting a response and refund.

Half hearted. Overpriced. These pictures are from minutes after. Charged £40 and also inside still had dust and sticky residue from kids drinks etc. would not recommend

I’m really impressed with the service I received! The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely made me feel welcome. They explained the options clearly, worked with great attention to detail, and treated my car as if it were their own. The whole experience was smooth, the results were fantastic, and it was such a pleasure dealing with a team that truly values their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Fantastic exterior and interior clean for a basic service; they were busy working on other vehicles when I arrived but even with that the car was ready 30 minutes before the estimated completion time. Very pleased, thank you!

Do not go anywhere near this awful car wash ! Rude Rude Rude . They said my car was dirty . Just general everyday dust and dirt on my car , no mud or major marks . They said I needed the diamond service at £59 !! Ridiculous. Would never ever recommend these unprofessional Rude people. I went else where for £37 . My car is cleaned inside and out from a friendly professional company. Totally disgusted with these people.

I came here to get my car washed and was looking at the price board (£15 Regular, £20 Silver, £25 Gold, £35 Platinum). I said to the staff member that I’d go for the Gold wash, and he checked my car and said, “Oh no, this is dirty – you’ll need a Platinum.” I mean… it’s a CAR WASH. People bring dirty cars to be cleaned – that’s literally the point! Upselling by telling customers their car is “too dirty” for a standard wash is ridiculous. I told him to forget it and went elsewhere, God Bless him.

Pretty good job, although it looked like they had forgotten to clean one small section. Also I found a packet of cigarettes left on one of the seats !

Popped into the Belfry shopping centre and came out with groceries and a sparkling clean car! Super quick, super friendly, and my car looks brand new. Loved the convenience — will definitely be back!
