A25 Garage Hand Car Wash

I have used their service multiple times (convenience being close to my house) and they always messed it up. 1) while they put the wheel back after they looked at my tyre for a puncture, their tool slipped (not putting it properly onto the bolt) and scratched my bmw with the long bar. They then offered to clean my car for free. How nice.. 2) i took my audi to change some tyres, they killed the threads of 2 bolts + female thread. This costed me a lot of money. Is not rocket science that when you tighten a bolt, you do it manually the first few threads. Instead, they put it onto their impagun straight away. When I told that guy that he needs to tighten it manually first otherwise this issue will happen to many other customers, he arogantly told me he did it for a long time. I had to change the whole hub after this service and of course, they wouldn't pay. 3) washing is done quickly to get rid of you and a lot of times you get home and see many marks when the car dries. I will not be using their service again.

Not the nearest car wash service to me so it does help if you are open during your advertised hours 🤬

I took my car for a wash today, and although they completed the service, I discovered as soon as I got home that the entire bottom part of my car had not been cleaned at all. This is the worst car wash service I have ever received compared to any other place I’ve been to. They charged £15, essentially just for spraying water and applying shampoo, without doing a thorough job. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided. Usually, I never bother to leave reviews—I simply avoid places that provide poor service. However, this experience was so disappointing that I feel people should be aware and avoid this place to save their time and money.

They don’t like taking card although advertising they do which always concerns me and not a good job done compared to other hand car wash’s I’ve been to. Friendly enough.

Absolutely fantastic service! My car has never looked this clean—inside and out. The team at Car Wash was friendly, professional, and paid incredible attention to detail. They took their time and made sure every spot was spotless. I highly recommend them if you want your car to look brand new. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Avoid this place dirt left all over the car alloys not cleaned properly definitely the worst car wash I’ve been to they tried to charge me three different prices I will definitely not be returning 0 stars total con ignore the one star 0 stars

Great service, reasonably priced

Sadly not great. I would expect at least a basic level of cleaning and quality control for £20. I also don’t know where the £20 cost came from as that was not listed on any menu.
