IMO Car Wash

Brilliant, friendly place, the guy there is always so happy! (I think his name is Marin - sorry for the spelling!) The car wash cleans the car perfectly, a great shine on my car after. The staff are so friendly, I look forward to going there.

Operative guy very polite, always a smile and works very hard .. however, the wash (triple wax plus @ £11) didn't get the car clean.... missed the mirror glass, and practically the whole car has streak marks, water marks etc.... certainly not worth the money.... back to the hand-wash guys I'm afraid.🫤

Best car wash polite people just an excellent experience

Quite expensive at £6 for the cheapest wash. Not something I'll use regularly. If your car has stubborn dirt on it, don't expect it to come out the other end spotlessly clean. Perhaps the more expensive options would work more thoroughly, (and the drive through will take longer the more you spend), but I haven't tried it recently. I have paid more in the past to have a protective coating done, but the car didn't stay clean for any longer than the cheapest wash. I would recommend to rather go to those places where your car is washed by a team of people by hand, and pay extra, and you'll have a much more thorough clean, showroom quality if you choose a valet. If you haven't got a strict budget, then this car was would be a convenient choice as the queue is never that long, and have it done as often as you like. I've never found this car wash harsh on paintwork, so that isn't something I'm ever worried about when using it. Separate to the car wash, there are a few vacuum cleaners on the premises, £1 for 4 minutes. Quite a reasonable price I think, and strong enough suction power, even if you have to go back and forth a few times when you need to hoover up eg bits of grass seeds from the floor mats.

My car went in dirty came out clean so it worked well

I use the car wash about twice a month and the guy there ( Rye Road, Ore, Hastings) is always happy to see you, not in a superficial way but genuinely. If I had my own company this guy is exactly what I would be looking for. So treat him well as he would have no trouble finding a new job.

This place is really good I wash my car on the regular, not once I had any issues, not sure what everyone is complaining? Got to love people: Random car in Tunbridge do not use this car wash or even better quality I washed my car after 6 months and payed full price - £6 - wash you hands with cold water and no sope see how it goes for you

The friendliest guys I have ever had the pleasure of using for my car washes. They take the time to exchange chat and make a fuss of the Dog. Don't change the way you are.

I have used IMO Hastings for st least a year now and have generally been served by Mario. I went there a couple of days ago and he was there again. Always polite and efficient, he doesn’t speak fluent English but he is friendly, professional and gets the job done.

I was served by Marian, the service we received was really good. The car looked great I would recommend.
