Special Hand Car Wash

Never use this place for your car wash! They're damaging your car paint, leaving a lot of unclean spots and not making clean inside neither. And more if they brake or scratch something in the car they oppose to you very rude demanding you to pay or else they not giving you the key back. No repair or refund. I used this place for a while but the more you come there the worse they become.

I pulled up on a Saturday late morning only 1 staff member working and expected me to wait 90mins to wash & hover my car. Didn't bother and went elsewhere that was the same price. First time at this place and were very rude. Never again

Worst car wash service about… I might as well have saved my money and poured a bucket of water of the car myself… Covered in stains and dirt all over so not sure what I was even charged for! If you don’t know how to wash a car don’t wash one at all

I usually go here without a problem but today different blokes and terrible job!! Have to find another one......

Complete rip off, the prices are on the wall but they try to add 50% or even double. Don’t trust these people, agree your price before they start or better still go to Edi’s car wash just up the road. Edi’s fixed price, honest company.

Got up charged, not bad considering the guy cleaning the car was obviously blind. Left it in a crappy state, Avoid this one gents, I took one for the team.

Took my empty Renault master van for an internal cab and roof lining valet today. Wasn’t cheap but well worth it and I was pleasantly surprised how clean they managed to get everything. They did a really fab job and I was happy to pay the price they charged me. I did leave my van there and collected it later but I wasn’t expecting to wait whilst they did it so that didn’t matter to me. Will deffo use again and happy to recommend them on based on the price and results they delivered for me 🤠

Terrible service… i told them area to focus on as something had been spilled.. he checked and told me the price which i didn’t had a problem with…. When i collected my car dashboard hadn’t even been cleaned and where i asked them to focus on was dirty.. i returned to get it checked and they are so rude and said i had paid minimum fair or else have to top up as if i had priced myself… i wish i could put pictures on here… i paid for the car to be cleaned not just hoovering otherwise would have done it myself @ lidl

Avoid!! The worst car wash i ever used, the prices not clear and they over charged me, bad quality cleaning, they just rushing to make easy money

Excellent service and great value. Removed all traces of dogs and Christmas tree. Will be back

Avoid these like the plague! They don’t know what they’re doing and are so slap dash about the job they do. Also they damaged my reversing camera and left it half hanging out of the bodywork above my number plate.

Not to impressed with the service it said £7on the board for a wash (that was ok) but charged me £10 I couldn't be bothered to argue won't go there again they were polite

Very good carwash

No clear prices displayed they seem to make up the prices as you Enter I would avoid this place and go to the Old Town car wash instead voted 25 pound for a basic in-and-out wash

Fabulous job

Took the car over there at opening times and was told by the owner that they weren't open. He pointed at the drizzle of rain and said "really mate?". Clearly he didn't want to earn any money that day.

Very pleased with the result, very courteous people and polite, will definitely be going there again, next week in fact!
