A&R VALET

Booked an appointment with Andrew to wash our 2 cars, he confirmed it. On the day he didn't turn up - no phone call, no message, nothing! Unreliable! To Andrew: you called me just now, once you saw my review on google, so you waited for 2 days to contact me. On a day of my appointment I don't have any missed calls on my phone, no voicemail either, so that is a lie!

Had my car cleaned today and it was definitely worth every penny. The car looks brand new (in and out). Easy to book, website also has the details on the type of services they do and how much it costs so no surprises there. Andrew showed up on time and left my car looking perfect. Definitely recommend and will surely use this service in the future as it is so convenient, efficient and good value for money.

Andy came out at very little notice to sort out my mini after a puppy vomiting episode. It now looks like a brand new car. The paintwork is gleaming and the interior is spotless. Amazing service and would thoroughly recommend using them. Milk had been spilt in our car and had gone unnoticed but they were able to neutralise the smell. They even returned on a Sunday morning to retreat without charge. Can't recommend enough. You will not be disappointed.

I just had Andy and Jack round to do a mini valet on my Audi and I must say I'm mightily impressed. The car is absolutely spotless both inside and out and the price is really reasonable. I shall definitely be using A and R Valet in the future.

Scratched the leather dash board - advised he would come back and repair & has not - used distraction tactics to ensure I didn’t see the damage when going to pay. Bad mouthed competitors for ruining cars - then ruined mine - I would avoid !
