Extremely disappointed with the service received today for the mini valet. They didn’t wash and clean the car properly. Will definitely not come again. If they continue to provide poor car wash service like this, then people will stop coming to their business for sure. Overall poor service.

Absolutely rubbish. Scratched my car and denied it. It was clearly obvious that they did it and it was fresh. Lied straight up to my face.

Cheap and quality Prices for everyone

Had option 3 today on my car - very disappointing. Been using this for years but today was charged £27:50 although advertised as £27 ( if charged for using card ,customer should be made aware). At the time I asked for areas to be done again as had been missed,smeared and streaky. This was corrected however when I got home and looked in my boot nothing had been done. No hoovered or wiped down . Would have loved to contact them directly but no phone number available. Such a shame as I went out of my way to go there today . Standards have dropped dramatically

The service is bad, very bad. I don't understand how some customers keep coming back to them. There is no system, no order. I never back there again.

Didn’t wash car properly and left some greasy stuff all over my alloys.

Very bad service. They did not wash the car properly at all. There were still dirt marks on the doors, dust on the mirrors, and water spots everywhere. It looked like they rushed through the job without checking anything. I reported the issue to the owner, but he did not care. He was dismissive and showed no interest in resolving the problem. No apology, no rewash, nothing. Completely unprofessional. I will not be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Extremely disappointing service. My car was not properly washed — mud was still visible on the back and sides. When I raised this with the staff, they responded rudely and showed no interest in correcting the issue. It felt rushed and unprofessional. I paid for a proper wash, not a half-done job. I would not recommend this place.waste of money

Cheap places to wash your car

Totally incompetent bits on body missed windows not cleaned properly and the wheels were hardly touched. Useless beyond belief

Cheapest Car Wash in Crawley and they do a job better than the rest!

Good service.

A little dissapointed. Had a full valet as i was trading in the car. Inside was done great, seats cleaned etc. Outside was medioce, still had moss and green stuff in the nooks and crannies, boot shuts still dirty, windscreen scuttle still dirty and the engine bay was not cleaned. All in all not worth the £60 quid.

It is not hand car wash it’s a brush car wash. It is not good service at all. Guys, if I’m going automatic car wash, it is be better and cheaper

DO NIT USE! Very shoddy work, wanted out only cleaned, no care taken while cleaning the car bit messed out or dirt removed, car not dried properly and patches left wet, poor work around with dirt makes left. Was charged £6.99 I paid with £10 the guy walked away without giving me my change! Day light robbery, please don’t not use them

this place needs to be closed down! after they washed my car there was still water marks and it didnt look clean at all. then i noticed huge scratches on the side and top of my car. i was then shouted at and told to leave by the manager. honestly worst service ever.
