H2O Car Valeting - Trafford Centre

Awful.. my own fault for giving them chance after chance. My car was with them for two and a half hours.. immediately I noticed smears all over the bonnet and near the boot. I was told “it’s my paintwork” when I ran my finger across the smears it was very clear the wrong product/cloth had been used. Bodywork hadn’t even been shampooed as there was old black plastic restorer still all over the parts. Spiders webs still over the wing mirrors, glass not clean at all. Also charged me £70 when looking at my bank when the screen said £63 and the website says £58.. Much better going to the independent car washes for a fifth of the price. Wouldn’t mind if they offered to sort the car out but to pretend it’s the paint told me they were not interested. This is why they make you pay up front. Never again.

Wow! Amazing experience at H2O , left my RR Sport with Adam and his team! When I walked down and saw it outside it looked like a New Car! His team are valeting magicians, it looks amazing and will return again again again!

Booked my car in for the full Ultra treatment via the website as my car needed a good clean. When booking in at reception Adam was excellent and advised me on a full machine polish for only a little extra. I dropped the car in before I started work and Adam phoned me later in the evening to say the car was ready. When I headed down to collect my car I was stunned to how gleaming and pristine it was. I've never seen my car looking that good before! It was only the next morning that I saw how bright my paintwork was. My paint is called glacier white and it was just a white as one. Adam and the team there did a superb job on my Audi, they really put the work it to make it perfect. I'll be bringing my car back regularly now and will recommend you to everyone.

First time I have used this valeting service. The staff were very friendly. The service was excellent and good value. This will be my go to place from hereon. I was delighted with the overall experience. My car was showroom condition. Thank you very much.

Got home and opened the back seats and they havent even touched it? What on earth this is appalling for £80

Unfortunately it was a disappointment... I took it to have it cleaned, but they did a terrible job and even made fun of the cleaning of the seats, which weren't even disinfected, and everything else. I paid 150 pounds for nothing... I'll never go there again.I don't understand...the staff instead of cleaning tampered with all my personal settings and left some scratches on various parts of the internal plastics...it was a bad experience

Left my porsche with them a bit worried as usual with any car wash place. Oh my god, what a job they have done. All stone chips on the front barely even visible anymore. The interior was completely refreshed. For an old car I thought I needed to replace many of the interior panels but whatever products and skills they are using have remedied any tired look. Got my exhaust tips looking brand new also They offer ceramic coating wich I will 100% be considering as they are cheaper than anywhere i found. £200 discount for being a customer already so its a no brainer. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Absolutely cracking job

Good detailing business. I always get my car cleaned here. Very friendly and professional service.

Took 30min longer than expected. Seat belts were not placed back. Cushions not properly refit. Car was clean and well taken care off but for the price it could've been much better (ultra 200gbp)

More expensive than some other valets, but honestly you get what you pay for. Worth every penny. The attention to detail was brilliant and the car genuinely looks brand new. Really impressed with the finish and quality, and excellent customer service.

A big thank you to Adam and his team, who did an amazing job of Valeting my car, and an incredible job of some detailing work which involved removing ingrained tree sap from the bonnet. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again, they really looked after me.

all I can say is Wow, Wow, Wow! This place is a real spa for cars; I took my car in for a top valet expecting it to be reasonably cleaned given how dirty it was; The result after 2 hours was amazing; My car looked brand new and every inch of the interior was like it had been restored to its initial glory! the customer service was outstanding and they really know what they are doing; the attention to detail is truly unique and they make sure that you are fully satisfied with the work undertaken prior to leaving; I will be back again and again.... Well Done!!!!
