Executive Carwash

Seems a good enough place, got charged the going rate but really disappointed to see the car still had soap left on it and I had to rinse the soap off myself... Please rinse thoroughly and do a check before telling cars you have finished. Stuff like this would prevent me from returning unfortunately. Friendly staff anyhow. Review edited. Visited here again to give a second chance. Had a really good wash with new owners they've even made a nice place to eat! Will recommend this place for Trafford park area. Enjoyed this experience. Very rude, very expensive, will never go back to them, never recommend them

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm really happy with the job they did on my car. The attention to detail was excellent, and you can tell they use high-quality, professional products. Even after driving it every day for a week, my car still looks clean and shiny. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional car wash. Great service!

Kaka did a phenomenal job with the convertible. I see comments on pricing but look at that products they use. The effort and detail is unmatched. Incredible! Thank you. As a female driver I was welcomed and respected.

High quality car wash services

Forget about the star, these guys needs to be reported. Super arrogant, rude and unprofessional owner. As a female I felt threatened. I merely gave some feedback about transparency and the owner became super aggressive. Even his staff kept apologising to me. Rest of the team are lovely.

Very Poor service

Bell-ends, avoid. Looking for a quick inside and out clean. Guy asked to look inside the car which is fair enough (cars fairly clean inside at this point, just needs a vac), then quoted £50 for "the works". I said I didn't want the works and just a clean and vac would do. He said "well if you want that then go somewhere else". Then as I got in the car him and his 2 associates were laughing about it and being genuinely rude and even sarcastically waved us off. No price list, price made up depending on the days takings it seems which I imagine with attitudes like his is usually on the low side. Avoid like the plague.

I paid £55 for a car wash and interior clean. For this price, I expected a much better standard. At first, the car looked clean, but after it dried, I noticed marks and cleaning product residue left all over the interior panels, leather areas and door trims. Some small detailed areas were still dirty and had not been cleaned properly. I am not sure what products were used, but the residue left on the surfaces made my hands feel irritated and sensitive after touching them. I had to wipe the interior again myself with clean water to remove the marks and residue. Overall, I feel the cleaning was not detailed enough for the price charged. If it had been a cheaper service, I probably would not have left a review, but for £55 I expected much better. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this service.

Seriously no manners at all how to even talk to the other person.. forget about treating their own customer.. You cant watch them washing your car.. You have to go in the cafe, once in the cafe you cant stand you have to sit.. Seriously the worst kind of arrogant dudes I came across.. Charged £35 for outside wash and inside clean on top of that super unprofessional tone and arrogance, upon reasoning this guy was almost trying to get into fight with me, threatening that I came to the wrong place... Definitely they should be reported to Authorities.. Such rude behaviour is unacceptable.. Shocking behaviour...

Was absolutely shocked. Took less than 40 minutes for them to do a full valet and only cost £35. I was so impressed with the cleanliness and shine on the car. The waiting area thoughhhhh, so comfy and relaxing. Would definitely recommend as the best.

Finding a decent car wash in London is so hard so whenever I’m up in the area I come by these guys - absolutely amazing. Definitely best car wash I’ve been too!

The best car wash for those who appreciate care and attention. These guys are by far the best in Manchester for a drive through car wash. Fantastic facilities with their new cafe. They use premium products every time I take my car and it makes a huge difference. Slightly more expensive than the average but the car shines for weeks after making this far better value.
