Crystal Hand Car Wash & Mobile Valet

Came here after reading a lot of reviews, on this and other car washes, I live in Hamilton & usually clean my own car, I only went to a car wash as my own hosepipe was frozen solid, what a mistake that was. I knew my paintwork was pristine before, now my car is covered in micro-scratches I’m going to have to polish out. For a ‘normal’ person who just wants their car washing and don’t care too much about their car, it’s fine, they do a decent job at cleaning the car However, if you are someone who cares about their car & wants to keep their paintwork in good condition, stick to a detailer/DIY

Have used Crystal car valeting service many times . Great Bunch of Guys do a fantastic job .. nothing too much trouble for them . Quick & reliable .Took my Car for its usual wash a week ago lovely 😀2 days later .. a car load of young people sped past me on the B441 & threw eggs at my car as I was moving . Awful 😢 dried quickly in heat wave . Took it to Crystal as it was dried on . They cleaned it all off !did a great job 👏 done it as Goodwill . How Fab 😘

I come here regular but today an acid was used on my wheels that has totally ruined them. These are Tesla sport wheels and very expensive, the wheels now require a full paint job as I have spent all evening trying to polish out the acid stains with no luck at removing. After my car wash I came back to the garage to show the wheels and got told it could have happened somewhere else. The wheels were 100% ok and in brilliant condition before being sprayed with acid. I was told to leave or wait for the boss and say when I don’t want my wheels cleaned with harmful products. I do now have a £400 bill to fix the wheels!

Same experience as others, had water marks left on it. Also ripped some of our matte paint off our 2025 car. Would not use again
