very bad experience with this garage Took my van for repair throw the insurance which is not my fault some one reverse on the front bumper ,they send somebody to collect my van for repair it was only the small step of the bumper broke and everything thing else was working perfect including the sensors which is the most important for me as a delivery driver ,first they order the wrong bumper and after they get the new one which got the sensor change all the front which was not necessary but thats how the make money, after all i got the van and here start the story sensors dont work at all call them and book first appointment took the van in for 15 min came out the manager and show me that all good try the van me and him nearly hit the front window of the office and the sensor didn't beep and he say all good , i told him the sensor should beep when you close to object any way try for 2 days and call again and waste my time and stress for nothing book me again and check told me we are investigating with the insurance ,i dont really understand what is my fault they took the van with everything working and one of them driver drove the van to them garage they should check everything properly before start changing things ,any way they told me to take the van to dealer to investigate the issue and see if the sensor was working before they change the bumper, i took the van to dealer and pay £175 and the say it could be a fault when they change the front bumper but they cannot to give me letter for that so after all i am still straggling to sort my van out after these guys repair it SO BE CAREFUL ITS BEEN AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS GARAGE AND STILL SRAGELING TO SORT IT OUT .

You guys should look more to pest control. The car was with you for about 3 weeks. And now after the month i opened my hood there is marks of mice (engine cover was a bit eaten). Inside interior as well some minor damages. It's a pity that I noticed only now.

A fantastic group of people! We needed to use the premises for some filming after installing a product for them, and they were incredibly accommodating, making the entire process much smoother.

Bad customer service from receptionist awful 😔.

Great experience and service from the initial estimate to collection of my car. My car had a deep scratch on special matte paint on my Mercedes. Simon was great giving the estimate and Paula with the good communication. The matching was perfect and I will go there again if I need anymore of that type of work done

I generally dont write reviews. However this one needs to be written. My Golf GTI was hit on the passenger side which included the door, wing and bumper. I had given the car to fix autos. 2 weeks later the car was ready to collect when i had gone to collect it the customer service from Naomi was not great it's like she didnt wana deal with me you could just tell on her face. When the car was collected the quality of the paintwork was horrific the bumper, wing and door had heavy amounts of orange peel, when i noticed it i took the car back too Fix Auto's to show the bodyshop manager Alistair Payne and when i had shown the paintwork to him he denied the fact that the paintwork had any issues and it was an OEM standard, and he then called me a liar saying that the drivers side of the car has been polished and the passenger side which was freshly painted was not even though it shouldve been polished, according to the bodyshop manager "it's not our job to polish the car its a detailers" but its there job to finish the car to an OEM standard So overall i would not recommend this bodyshop to anyone and i cannot believe that this is a VW approved bodyshop, as VW Leicester's bodyshop had said themselves that the work completed was not to an OEM standard. I also think that Alistair Payne should either learn the in's and out's of bodywork again, or he should get his eyes checked as there is a report to say that the work has not been completed to a OEM standard and Naomi should learn how to handle customers better !

I recently used Fix Auto to repair my bumper and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The team provided fantastic service and kept me well informed throughout the entire process with great communication. One thing that really stood out was the convenience they offered, they collected my car from my home and returned it once the work was completed, which made everything completely hassle-free. The repair itself was done to a very high standard and my bumper now looks as good as new. As an extra touch, they even cleaned the car inside and out before bringing it back, which I really appreciated. It’s clear the whole team takes pride in their work and customer service. I just took delivery of my car fully repaired. Professional , friendly and efficient . They went the extra mile to fit me in quickly so I could get a body repair needed to retest my MOT. Although being outside the city centre they provided a pick up and drop off service at my home so the whole process was made as convenient as possible for me. Plus the quality of the work excellent . Their estimator was also very quick and the estimate was clearly presented. My thanks to them.

So to be honest I went here for a job. They seem like a good company. People are very friendly about seen to be doing the right things. So will see but there Turning out quality work so that's a good start. We will see. Cool.
