Car wash Red & Black

Tried this car wash for the first time today after my car hadnt been washed in a long time. The service was great, they did a very good job and Id definitely go back. Best thing is that they take card!

My car was an absolute mess. Alot of dust and dirt and recently engine oil had fallen in the mats in the back. I wanted to get it cleaned but also needed to make sure they'd do a good job. I was a bit skeptical to go to a new place but I read the reviews and trusted it. When i came the workers were very kind and respectful. I got a full valet done. They did a wonderful job and did not rush it which made me happy. I am extremely happy with the outcome I have never seen my car this squeaky clean. I will definitely be recommending this to others and be coming back in the future.

Looks great to me, had a great experience visiting this place, they offered me beverages and a nice seating area and someone came and had a chat, asked me if it was my 1st time. Will defiantly be coming back.

My car had been idle for months and was an absolute state; I watched the gentleman cleaning my car work for an hour preparing and washing the car. All I can say is his attention to detail was something truly to behold. I'll definitely be back for any other services I'll need in the future!

Normally I would wash / detail my own car, but as im getting old my backs giving way!! I never trust any of these "Scratch & Wash" places!, because of past experiences with several local hand car wash places!. I used Red & Black hand car wash for the first time based on google ai recommendation ! - and I have to admit google ai didn't disappoint, they did a very good job. Muhammed & Toufis (Toufiq) I think he said his name was, both where brilliant lads, They took their time in washing the car and also cleaning the inside of the car. I've not know any hand car wash places that take there time. Cleaning the car inside and out was done very good. From now on, it is the only place I will take my car to get it washed even though it is like 15 minutes drive for me. I rather take it to someone who takes pride in cleaning and looks after your car than majority of the local hand car washes near me. Thank you very much

First time used it as i was close by thiyght £25 would give me a really good clean car, but unfortunatley as i drove out and parked up on the side to double check there were still dirt marks on my car, the dashboard was not cleaned properly the inner side of the doors still had dirt so i drove straight back in and the gentleman that approached me first time came and asked so i showed him all around the missed bits and told him that near me they charge £20 and do a very good job it was just i was closer here thought to use this service for first time to see hw good it was, the gentleman immediatley took my car and started recleaning it and even hoovered missed parts, which took further 10mins on a very hot day like this i didnt want to loose my temper as these guys were working hard, the quality of cleaning wasnt soo good but the service given by the gentleman deserves 5star, he did also mentiom hes got 2 new guys working which is also understandable.am not sure if i would be coming again sorry but it was a disappointing result.

I’ll be honest with you, I don’t rate this car wash. They lack loads of attention to detail, I went home had to do my alloys again, they didn’t even clean it properly. The bottom of the car bumpers were still dirty. Also just go to Welford road car wash they are cheaper and use the same stuff.

The staff were friendly, professional, and took real pride in their work. A nice bonus is their loyalty card scheme, and they also accept card payments, which makes everything very convenient. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!
