Worst behaviour and worst car wash in Leicester

What normally cost £15 for a mini valet for a car they looked and said mine it would cost £25, fair enough as it’s not my regular place I have car wash I had to have it done and agreed, they washed the car which was ok but the inside of the car was not cleaned properly neither was the dashboard the interior of the doors the boot was dirty still. So that was an absolute disgrace. I’m just appalled by their service. I only used it as I was passing by Leicester and I thought I’d have my car cleaned, it clearly said £15 on the board but I agreed 25 as I thought with the bad weather the car got dirty, I have the car normally washed every month in Birmingham and I pay £15 and they do an absolutely amazing job at phoenix street car wash West Bromwich

They smoked my windows while washing the car i left my car for full valet and when i came back it looked like they drenched my car in a huge water bucket and then they were acting like your car is old your windows are not working thats not our problem now . I didnt wana put myself into some fuss with some illiterates so i kept my quite since they were not willing to accept the responsibilty. I would never recommend anyone this car wash.

Horrible experience since the owners have changed! They charged £5 extra because my car was “too dirty”. They had already taken my money and when I asked for the correct change they said they will be charging me extra. I tried to say that it was ridiculous, how can you determine if a car is “too dirty” as a car washing place, where is the policy etc. But having 3 men shouting at me as a woman alone, I had to leave for my own safety. Everyone should avoid this place!!

Stained my crome on my car and was extremely rude when I went bad, owner come out screaming and shouting saying that’s how Mercedes comes scratched up an stained but when I got the car out of the showroom 5 days prior it was in perfect condition not a spec wrong with it

Great value for a quick clean. For only £20 Saxby Car Wash handled the interior and exterior. It’s not a "deep clean" (some areas weren't thoroughly scrubbed), but for the price and convenience, you can't really complain. I’ll definitely be going back when I'm short on time.

Be aware!!!! If you don’t want your stuff to be stolen from the car, don’t go. Most of the time they are high on something! I got few things stolen from my car and also showed them in the camera. Stop going that’s all I can say. 👍🏻 all the best.

Lazy staff, only charged me £20 for a wash and hoover, took all the loose change out of my astray, the carpets were not vacuumed properly, left smudge marks all over the windows and no tyre shine Better off going to St Peter’s road car wash who are cheaper and friendlier
