Deeply disappointed with the service. I got the Silver Package, which clearly includes both interior and exterior cleaning (except seat washing). However, they failed to do even the basic cleaning I asked for. When I pointed it out, the staff were rude and dismissive instead of fixing their mistakes. The service was completely unprofessional — it felt like dealing with goons rather than customer service staff. It took me hours afterward to clean the mess they left behind. For the price and promises made, this was the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. Definitely not recommended — avoid wasting your time and money here.

Terrible experience from start to finish. If I could leave zero stars, I would. When we politely pointed out that some areas had been missed, the owner immediately got defensive instead of addressing the issue. He told his staff to leave it as it was, even though it was obvious that just a little more effort would have solved the problem. When I tried to explain our concerns, he got aggressive, raised his voice, and told me to “be quiet.” It was shocking and completely unprofessional. He even yelled, “We’re not your servants,” simply because we expected the work we paid for to be completed properly. The rudeness, hostility, and total lack of basic professionalism were unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

Honestly one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve had. The car still looked dirty, and my fiancé even asked if they’d actually cleaned it. My sister-in-law spotted streaks and water marks before we even left the lot. When I brought it up, the employer tried to backchat me like it was my fault or I was being too picky. Instead of just fixing the issue, he got defensive and rude. Really unprofessional and not worth the money. Definitely not going back.

The aggression, rudeness, and complete lack of professionalism were shocking. Totally unacceptable behaviour—avoid this place at all costs.

SCRATCHED MY BRAND NEW CAR! Paid £17 pounds for silver package. The whole process felt very rushed and not worth the price. I suspected they might have scratched the car as 2 small scratches appeared after the wash but when I mentioned it they kept denying it. The car was not as clean or shiny compared to when I sent it to other car washes. Lots of water streak marks inside and outside the car. Will not recommend.

Don’t waste your money.For the past six years, I’ve been a loyal customer and I’ve always been pleased with the service—until my most recent visit, which was very disappointing. The car wasn’t hoovered properly, and the interior windows and windscreen were still streaky and smudged. On top of that, the interior was left visibly dirty, something I haven’t experienced here before. Given the consistent quality I had come to expect, this was quite a letdown. Sadly, after this experience, I will not be returning. It's a shame to end what was once a great experience, but the standards have clearly dropped.

Decent service

Absolute con. Charged me double for cleaning my van which I accepted. Had to tell them several times to clean the top. Half hearted job and don’t care about customers. Stay away.
