Small shop and forecourt but the guy who served me was friendly and polite

The gentleman in the petrol station are great. However, the car wash was disappointing. The first time I had my car washed, the guy told me to come back on a different day for my alloys - how bizarre. Needless to say, I didn't go back as I didn't have the time. I decided to try it once more on the weekend. It was the quickest car wash I've had -10 minutes if even that. The next day there were white blotches on the car (before I had even driven it) and you wouldn't know it had been washed. In addition, he tried to charge me £8.00, when the sign clearly stated £7.00. I won't be returning.

We just visited at 21:35 29th March the guy working at that time was very agressive at my kids when they were out of the car trying to download the bp app and he told them to put there phones away

Rude customer service no manner what so ever if you’re not happy with your job you should stay home. Or find different job.

I wish i could give zero rating. Today cashier was so rude. Feeling unsafe, rude, customers be awere!!!!!!!

Can be a bit tight in larger vehicle. Does stock super diesel and super petrol. Decent staff.

Today, I visited a BP petrol station and made a payment by transferring money to my card account. During this, the staff member (cashier) spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. He even gave me a warning, saying it was the "last warning," which I found completely inappropriate. Even after I apologized politely, he continued to speak loudly and aggressively. I expected at least a calm response like "It’s okay, but please don’t do this next time." Instead, he ignored my apology and continued with the same rude behavior. I don’t know his name, but he had white and red beard hair and I’ve noticed he often speaks rudely to customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from someone in a customer-facing role. This experience made me feel very uncomfortable, and I will not be visiting this location again. I do not recommend this station based on the poor customer service I received.

It's staff members are so nice and welcoming, Specially on the counter guy! The prices are good as well. I do recommend it to all my family members, colleagues and friends. Thumbs up to admin!!!
