I had my car booked for a full deep clean today. They told me it would take around 4 hours, which was absolutely fine with me. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the work. There was still dirt left in the storage compartments, and when I politely asked them to clean those areas, they didn't seem happy about it. The boot also still had water and dirt left behind. It felt like they were more interested in charging a high price than doing a proper job. I expected a professional deep clean, but the work was rushed and incomplete. My advice is: please don't get your car cleaned here. It's better to go somewhere else where you'll get a proper service, be happy with the result, and feel that your money was well spent.

Worst car wash I’ve been to in leicester. Used to be good! Last few times absolute rubbish. The car is still dirty. Marks all over, the person cleaning it had his jacket on with zips and was going all around the car scratching it with his zip. No pre wash used. Straight wash and all the mananger has to say was sorry! Not good enough I’ll be taking my custom elsewhere now

NEVER COME HERE FOR YOUR CAR WASH! Only get your car washed here if you dont really care about how well your car is going to be cleaned. I usually go to the one nearby but they have been so busy thought today I would give these guys a chance, but was I wrong! Since it changed from Autoglym to this car wash! It has been absolutely awful The guy who washed my car was also the one who ran the car wash, barely any snow foam was used, no pre wash just straight TRF liquid med sprayed on and the guy moved fasted than flash when using pressure washer! Scrubs/mitten used to wash the car going around in less than 2 mins! Sprayed it down and told me to move down so he could dry my car, but as soon as he told me that I lost my mind and had an argument due to how he had cleaned my car, he clearly doesn't care or knows how to wash a car. I will post pictures of my car from the front where you can see the bugs are still on there and he called it clean! I still paid him as soon as I left i went over to another car wash to get it cleaned again! He tried to give me my money back and I refused to take it as we all know that the people that work there still need money. Honestly this has ruined my whole day! As this review gets loads of views make your own judgement by looking at the pictures and then go get it washed.

it’s average if you want to have quick wash but if you want to do full valet please think twice. I spent £65 and job was not great. there were excessive water marks on the sits, info system, dashboard. wheels weren’t clean enough. oh yes, they forgotten the cup holder in the rear seat completely. attaching two photos for reference.

Honestly Disappointed - I have food my nephew dropped in between all the seats. I had to use a cloth from them to clean up missed areas, there was bird dropping still stuck on the car I had to prompt them clean it. It was rushed, so many missed spots. Not worth the £15 I paid.

The best car wash in Leicester, hands down. Great price, even use an air jet to go through drying process. Quick, efficient and a reasonable waiting area too.
