Worst customer service ever. Do not recommend using this Carwash ever again. The owner has a terrible attitude.

Used this car wash for the 1st time today. Very pleased with the cost, how clean my car was and service. Alot of people on here saying that the workers are rude, I didn't think that. They all work very hard and do an amazing job. They don't have time to chat etc. Thank you, we will use you regular from now on 😊

I was about to get my car washed, but the staff were extremely unfriendly. One of the guys was muttering while staring at me in an aggressive way, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Had to drive off. Sort out your attitude 👍 🤮

Man was sooooooo rude I drove into the carwash and was looking at the board to see what I wanted and the manager shouted "what do you want, what do you want" I said "can you give me a minute please so I can have a look" he said "we closed now not doing your car go away" I was utterly shocked. I didn't say anything I just drove my car to the exit and left. Really bad customer service it deserves 0 stars.

The customer service was very poor from two men working there.I wouldn't go back .The car was cleaned to ok standard but had to say to the man wiping it that there was marks on the roof and passenger door that had been missed or overlooked.

Fast with several people cleaning. Snow wash and door jambs etc.. Also clean and poish the tyres.

Got car washed, was quick and thorough, in 10 min, gj lads.

Driven past 100’s of times finally thought I’d give it a go Literally it’s a car wash -well most of it -and dry doors not opened to dry off bottom ( all others I’ve been to do this as standard). Not friendly didn’t even ask what i required, wash only or inside and outside only spoke to get money Just 2 images added The replies to other comments certainly aren’t encouraging I’m not your mate I’m not after chit chat just politeness rather than rudeness Wash only your not wrong couldn’t have been any more basic that was poorly executed

Very hit and miss. Been using them for a few years now - the results are very mixed. Sometimes they do an okay job, frequently though they leave sections of the car unwashed, we have also had the odd small scratch left on the cars. Their location is convenient for us but there are far better carwash options for a short drive.

Dirty wheels and the in side still dusty. Think I’ll stick to my normal car wash in thurnby lodge.

Awful service, didn't tell me it was cash only, prior to the wash. I left my car with them and there were so many bits they hadn't washed they had to do it again. they also didn't clean the inside windscreen like that said, not very friendly either.

Took my taxi in for the first time here & found the lads to be quick & efficient. Car clean throughout & £20 for an estate car is reasonable. If I had to be picky (this is a problem with my car I have to address) when I started the car, the windscreen wipers clashed & one came off. No one showed any interest or offered to help. I’ve had this problem before with the car so is my issue not the car wash. It just would have been nice to have helped. Other than that a good job thank you.

Worst carwash in the area, they literally miss half the dirt so not use this place 26 quid for the worst job

Quick, did a good job, especially seeing as though I hate cleaning my car, therefore don't do it🙈 would definitely use again.
