I had the engine bay cleaned by Neil at N.P Detailing and had a fantastic experience. He provided a really thorough and personal service. Parts of the engine bay had some tough to remove oil leaked over it, but he did a great job on getting it off and cleaned. It's also a great spot for motor enthusiasts, I had a top time there, and will definitely be going back. I'll be recommending N.P Detailing to all my friends and family.

Used N.P.Detailing today for a vehicle wash/ interior clean and engine carbon clean. The results were phenomenal, the cars throttle is now immediate on my bmw 435, I would wholeheartedly recommend this business for car detailing and for the carbon clean. Legend of a guy, so upfront and down to earth. Always goes over and beyond what you expect.

My car has been neglected with very rough paintwork with lacquer peel. Neil did an amazing job with the gloss enhancement and headlight lens clean up. Even threw in some work with a clay bar, the car was that bad. Absolutely recommend Neil as he is as honest as they come. You want someone who is working for a passion, then don't look elsewhere. He also went an extra mile and cleaned up my roof racks and engine bay. The carbon clean also worked a treat.

Top tier professional job

Just got my car back from NP Detaiing. Neil carried out paint correction and ceramic coating and I’m absolutely blown away with the results. It’s a metallic black car which now looks like a mirror it’s that glossy. Colour looks a deeper black now too. There were some quite nasty scratches on my car before I took it in and Neil even managed to polish these out. Can’t even see them any more. Neil was a pleasure to do business with and I’ll be a returning customer for sure. He even carried out an engine bay clean which is also amazing. Engine looks brand new! Thanks very much. After buying a used car that came with two supposedly repaired scratches, Neil quickly made clear just how poor a job the dealership's body shop had actually done, things I wouldn't have noticed on my own. Rather than sending the car back and forth to the dealer, I decided to let Neil work on it instead, and I'm so glad I did. What really set Neil apart was that he also helped me compile photographic evidence of the substandard work, which I was able to use to raise a formal complaint with the dealership and seek some compensation toward the cost of his services. That kind of support goes well beyond what you'd expect and is a reflection of how much he genuinely cares about his customers not getting taken advantage of. The results on the car were outstanding. He brought the paintwork up to a level that frankly exceeded what it should have been when I collected it. The extras too, a carbon clean, engine bay clean and UV protection, were a nice touch and very much appreciated. Neil's knowledge and passion for what he does really shines through. I will be bringing my other cars to Neil and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone wanting a professional, honest and high-quality service. Thanks again!

Neil is lovely and very helpful and gave advice on other little things. Also went the extra mile and did a few little extra things for me when I got the car carbon cleaned. Although did fix my issue, no fault of Neil's, he pointed me where I can get it sorted.

Huge thanks to Neil for helping us dry out our Jaguar I-PACE after a water leak. His responsiveness to our quite stressful issue was incredible! I honestly cannot recommend and praise this company enough… After buying a used car from a dealer I quickly realised it was full of pet hair dirt and a very strong unpleasant odour. I rang around so many local detailers in Leicester looking for a deep clean but the prices were very high and no one could guarantee the smell would actually be gone. On top of that most places did not even answer their phone which added to my frustration. A friend then gave me Neil’s number. I was a bit reluctant at first so I messaged him on WhatsApp instead. Even though it was late in the evening he replied straight away gave me reassurance and booked me in the next day. When I took the car to Neil he did an outstanding job and went way above and beyond. The results were so much better than I expected and the price was unmatched. The car looked nd smelt amazing afterwards. It was the opening of his unit today and luckily I was his first customer of the day. Neil is a very honest genuine and professional man, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a proper valet deep clean or full detailing. Neil also does engine cleans. Neil's experience in high end cars is apparent in all that he does. Having seen his work on Aston Martins, Ferraris and McLarens, I thought I would give him a try. He did not disappoint. His detailing is extraordinary. He ceramic coated the car, and even cleaned the engine, which is now getting a couple of extra MPG. The car looked as pristine as in the showroom, and despite the horrid weather lately, still looks as though it has come out of a wash. Pricing was far more reasonable compared to specialised companies and his attention to detail is second to none. I highly recommend him.

Brilliant. Neil took my 27y old BMW and turned it into something that really catches the eye, and gets invited to the proper parking at caffeine and machine :-) The existing paint was clean, but patchy with previous touch ups being a little too obvious, but it is now consistent with mirror like finish. I'm now learning how to clean it without touching. Knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about doing a good job. Very pleased and absolutely recommend. Don't overlook the carbon clean either, it made a noticeable difference to the M3 lump.

Where to start! Naihul has an incredible wealth of knowledge and is incredible at what he does! I brought him a GTR with quite frankly paintwork that looked like someone’s gone over it with a wire brush. The fact that when I went to pick up the car and it looked better than when I first received it after its re spray speaks volumes, I was lost for words in the transformation that he was able to achieve. All though I’m not totally surprised now looking back on it, the fact that some of the cars he’s done have won awards should say enough! (No pressure Naihul) You are in extremely safe and qualified hands when you take your vehicle there and you will be thrilled with the results! I will definitely be going back and using him again aswell as recommending him to everyone!

He took his time with the car, paying attention to every detail, and the results were nothing short of magnificent. The finish on the paint looks showroom new, and the inside is spotless and fresh, especially the Engine Bay area. Absolutely stunning!
