Eccles hand car wash

COME HERE AT UR OWN RISK!!!!!!! Came here for a £20 “Gold Valet” and as I got out the car for them to do the inside noticed swirls and scratches all over the paintwork of the car, the manager was called and he rudely came over denying it before he even looked at it. The manager proceeds to tell me “all black cars have scratches on them and to go look at his 2023 Mercedes because his will have swirls” Not surprised if his car had swirls on because they probably washed it there. I then told the manager I would not pay he said “do you know who your messing with” ran over to my car and took the keys out and said “ he’s keeping the car untill I pay him” he then tried to say I’d threatened him. Managers attitude stinks. Don’t come here AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Yesterday I went for a minivalet £17 however one of the staff opened my car and said “ £30 for you as your car is dirty”. This is the only car wash in Eccles that will try and scam you so stay away!

Do not use this hand car wash. £20 for valet and car still dirty.

This car wash used to be good around a year ago or more. The new workers are lazy, slow and leave the car dirty. They are speaking on the phone and checking the phone while cleaning your car and clearly do not bother doing a good job. Will not come back anymore.

Got my car cleaned paid them guess what cars dirty ,the workers are very rude ,never will I use them

Came here a few days back to get my car cleaned inside n out yet when I got back I checked n my car was still dirty n some of the panels were still dirty so had to reclean it myself..waste of time n money..very disappointing

Have the prices gone up? Thursday the 24th of April at approximately 12:30. I gave the black guy a £20 note and he only gave me £10 change.

Always trying to charge a different price to what's on the board 🙄 especially with women.

I left my car here yesterday for a valet. When I left it had 131 miles of petrol when I picked it up I had 70 miles left. They told me it would be 6 hours, and they had Wales traffic report on when I picked it up. They haven’t cleaned the bird poo off my bonnet correctly and driven it to wales and back! Do not use these guys I won’t be going back!!!

Asked for a mini valet which was going to be 30mins.55mins later only the outside had been cleaned and 3 other cars had been done inside and out which were after me.It appears if you are a female or known to the staff you get preferable treatment.Wont be going back.Poor customer service

just been today - very quick very efficient - cleaned my very dirty car inside and out for a bargin on £15!! would deffo go back - the men who work there are very nice people!!

Took our really dirty SUV here, what a fabulous job the guys did, car looks amazing & all for £8, excellent service & an air freshener!! Would highly recommend & will use again.... thankyou
