They broke my rear viper while cleaning and tried to convince me that it was already broken. If you care about your car, just don't go there!

Absolutely shocking. £20 and my car looks like a child has cleaned it. Well done guys. You really know how to take someone’s money and give them a bad job. At least you’re doing something right.

Absolutely terrible experience. I waited 45 minutes for an inside and outside clean. I was overcharged — the price should have been £20 but I was charged £25. When I queried it, I was simply told “that’s the price” with a grunt and no explanation. No tyre shine was applied, the vehicle wasn’t properly dried, the dashboard was left streaky, and the inside of the windows were left streaky as well. When it started spitting with rain, they left my doors open and didn’t wipe away the rainwater, causing streaks on the inside of my doors. The car genuinely looked worse than before it was washed. Never again — you’ve lost a regular customer.

Washed for £25 and nit impressed. Waste of money. They only give car air freshener that lasted for 2hrs. Door handle not wiped inside. Car not dried not wax. Tyres not washed. Water splash all inside my car. Despite only the driver mat needs cleaning, the service render was poor generally. Drove off with car wet and looking unwashed.

I was waiting for a long time to get the car washed. And they did not wash it properly, no Even black tyre. HORRIBLE, i wish every one to AVOID. This ppole saying best car wash are liar, dont believe.

Threw away my car parking card which was clearly a card of some sort literally looks like a credit card very incompetent people and I paid extra too major inconvenience for me to get to work.

Asked for a super mini valet. Was informed at the end that they had done a gold super mini valet without prior notice, which was £5 more. The car wasn’t that dirty. Felt somewhat intimidated but didn’t have any choice but to pay. This is not right!
