Been coming to crystal since November 2025 and the customer service is outstanding always respect the vehicles they clean I also had my windows tinted in December and my number plate made and the window tints are incredible haven’t had any bubbling even in the extreme heat this last week highly recommend and just today my family and I have took 5 cars

Perfect tinting, very polite and very clean car

Just had the £55 package- get a better job done at a local car wash for £20. Really disappointed, they left some small mud marks on my alloys, there’s still visible bits of dirt inside the car and I recently spilled a small amount of washing powder in the boot which is still there! The car didn’t even smell of anything when I got in, I was hoping it would have at least smelled fresh. Never going back there again and wish I’d have asked for some money back. Do not recommend at all

Didn't have the best experience with this outfit. Firstly the price list for the service given is OTT. I chalked this up to it being situated so close to a farm shop and a golf course so thought what the heck- hopefully they do a great job and it'll be a one off treat. Sadly there was still noticeable dirt on the outside of the car and the inside looked like it had been given a good vac and a bit of a wipe. This was for a £65 vallet. Pass.
