Seemed like a really nice guy. However less than 24 hours after finishing the car he was messaging threatening to turn up at a family members house and "cause a scene" as he not received payment. I had explained that my account was locked by the bank and that I would make payment within 24 hours. Real shame as I would of used him again. I guess he still needs to learn some patience and professionalism.

Opted for the silver valet £90. An amazing job, especially inside - looks new . Bought a second hand car for my son and required a deep clean. JJR have done an amazing job - Thank you.. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to use them for ceramic coating on my other car.

Platinum package £150 I had my car professionally cleaned by JJRS Details and I'm really happy with the results. The before and after photos clearly show how much better the car looks now and the whole experience was straightforward. I'd happily use JJRS Details again.

Very Strange Experience. I booked this man to valet my car based on good reviews I saw. I wish I had searched the most recent. To start he turned up on a push bike, with no equipment apart from a sponge & a wash fluid in his bag and asked if he could use our facilities and brushes etc. It got stranger, he asked my elderly mother if she could make him some food as there were no Tesco meal deals he liked & also got my father to give him a hand cleaning the car & was genuinely serious. After an hour of washing the outside of the car my 80 yr old father asked if he could stop for a rest, only to be met with sarcastic and cruel comments. When I confronted him over his behaviour he grabbed me by the collar & tore a button on my shirt. Car externally very clean, however not sure how much of that was my father

Joshua did a great job. He was helpful and listened to our requirements, and was keen to go the extra mile. And his prices are competitive.

Fantastic work and available on very short notice - big job with a very mouldy car interior. Didn't just do an excellent job with the clean, for a very reasonable price, but also provided some practical advice on how to prevent the mould buildup in the future. Highly recommended. I had an extremely troubling and uncomfortable experience with this individual. In my opinion, his behavior crossed personal boundaries and felt invasive and inappropriate. I found his conduct to be unprofessional, with persistent and unwanted attention that made me feel unsafe. Additionally, his attitude was arrogant and dismissive throughout the interaction. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution.

26th March 2026 - This is not a fake review, it actually happened, although not sure the company had been sold, still same guy!! Original post: AVOID at all costs!!!!!! Don’t waste your money!! This is not a legitimate valeting company and we believe it has been sold on!! I was recommended by a neighbour who used this company back in September, she was super pleased and said her car was like new!!! Based on experience it would appear that this business has changed hands!!! My car was supposedly valeted yesterday (£100 Gold Valet). Appointment was arranged for 10am, chased at 10.20 as not arrived and was asked whether I had a hose pipe as his water tank was out of action!! Confirmed we had one and he said he would come over now!! Red flags already!! Guy arrived in an old battered mercedes claiming his van had been written off the previous week. Seemed to have equipment in boot and husband said no problem as long as valet was to the standard promised. After 2-hours the guy knocked the door and saud he was finished (website shows 4 hour 30 mins for a £90 valet) so was surprised so quick!! Outside of car had not been polished, bird poo still on bonnet, finger marks on windows and paintwork. He had basically just washed it!!! The inside of the car was nothing short of appalling!! - Carpets still dirty - actually worse than before - Upholstery- had basically just been wiped over and still had stains and dirt. - there were still some crisps / pen which had fallen between the front seats - no polishing of plastics / windows, etc and door pockets / sear adjustment rails had not been wiped!! My husband and I challenged the chap, who stated this what you got for £100! and he couldn’t do anymore, no offer to fix issues!! Bear in mind my car is only 3-years old, so just general wear and tear and messy kids!! It started to get very heated and we told him we would not pay full price, I didn’t want to pay anything!! My husband eventually paid £60 and sent him on his way!! I have given 1 star as the wheels were actually cleaned ok!!! We have now booked another valeting company who were appalled when I sent over the photos!!!

Great service, easy to book and pay with advice from an enthusiastic business to do the right thing for the customer. My car looked like new again. Great job and thanks.
