Just went to get my self some Cadbury fingers and the night staff man was so rude I said hello and he was ignorant! I then ask for some items didn’t listen or get anything I asked for he picked random items asking if I want it. At one point he picked a crisp packet with his middle finger in front of it!…. Finally when I showed him pictures on Google of items I wanted he picked the most expensive items when I could clearly see multi packs that were cheaper! He gives such a rude stare! He had both hands behind his back stomping one foot as if he needed the toilet… I really don’t understand why he’s like this I work nights and stop by for snacks I’m polite to him never been rude! There’s no improvement… some angry cashier… grab and squished all my item while scanning them then tells me if I don’t like it take another one ???

Filled up two to three times a week at this fuel station. However last time I filled up, my payment was declined, which I was unaware of as I walked of after the cashier said “thank you have a good day”. A Month later I receive a letter of fine for driving off without paying. They station manager was not helpfull, did not care for loyal customers, contacted BP but not a single response. Clearly BP is not bothered if they loose customers. I was happy to pay for fuel purchased, but at end I had to pay a fine for a genuine mistake.

Very bad service customer toilet always close for customer.

I have observed instances where staff members have denied access to restroom facilities. Specifically, after a customer exited the restroom, my request to use it was refused. This practice is concerning, particularly as taxi drivers frequently utilize BP stations for fuel, and consistent denial of restroom access by staff is an issue that requires attention.

They put “ out of order “ signage at the toilet door for customers not to use. But staff used the toilet in front of me. Cashier lied, when I told him he said plumbers are repairing inside which was a complete lie.

Very disappointed with my experience at this BP convenience store. The shopkeeper was rude and had no basic manners — no “please,” no “thank you,” and no polite interaction at all. Customers deserve respectful service. I hope management works on improving customer service.

I would avoid this place at all cost! Prices shown on the shelf compared to what you are charged is extremely high! Watch out!! When I questioned the member of the staff he had no answer and would not give me the difference! Avoid this place at all cost!!!!!!!!!!

This place is being irresponsible and illegal in a word, they are serving food at subway and not allowing the customer to use the customer washroom, when asked they answer it’s out of service. Rule 1 - Even a small seating resturant in the uk is required to have a toilet that’s by the law. Why are they not following ? If the toilets is really out of order, which toilets do they use whole day? The sign of out of order toilet is always there so only they can use the washroom. Ridiculous!! I do also have video recording if require I can provide. I will also be complaining further.

Worst customer service ever had telling people to get out for just buying a coffee worst customer service not good people working in there. Not happy at all with night staff workers

What do you think about it?

Prices are very high for Petrol and Diesel. The government has implemented cuts to fuel duty but these savings are not being passed to the customers. BP needs to review this. Other than this the staff are polite and helpful as always.

Diesel always at least 3p more than any other nearby BP garages per litre. Price fixing at its best. Avoid unless an absolute emergency.
