Poor cleaning and did a big scratch on my car interior, avoid them

Paid £30 to get my car cleaned inside and outside only to find the trunk wasn’t cleaned and dust was everywhere. Won’t used them again.

Thought I would give it a shot had the platinum clean , looked good till I got in the car , they had forced the drivers seat back so hard to damage it , wouldn’t move , I stayed on site and called the AA out , got too take the car in to a garage to be repaired, ( before paying check your car WISH I HAD ) contacted the manager requested a refund was told no , will get a receipt from the garage for repairs, and see what the wave head office says

I have repeatedly visited here and have always been beyond happy with how well they wash my car. I do not even live in the area and it remains to be my favourite hand car wash. Highly recommend to anyone.

Asked extra 3 pounds for just clearing inside of the windscreen which they don’t inform me before head

Disappointed with the service. Although the exterior wash was acceptable, the interior was not properly cleaned and was left noticeably dirty.

Got the Gold service today, pre-booked. The lads did a great job, got my Renault back to looking how it was when I bought it. Will be back soon. They email you when it's ready to pick up so no need to check in. Thanks!

Efficient, thorough, pleasant. Dried it properly including inside the door frames with chamois, when I said it was a new car that I was delivering so not use plastic wipers in case they scratched.

Really pleased with the service, the car was spotless once the job was completed. I have had a rough paint stain on my car for a few months which I could not get out, they were able to remove the stain completely after some hard work. Thank you very much.

Paid £30 for inside and out which is already pretty expensive since my local will do that for £25. The under side of the front bumper was clearly not even touched and the inside of the car still had dust and marks all over it. Absolutely robbed of 30 quid, wouldn’t recommend
