Crystal clean hand car wash

Took over 45 minutes for a basic car wash, super slow with no order to which cars were done, over 10 put infront of us for no reason.

Good wash and go. One of the cheapest around in the area. Some staff are friendly on the other hand there are people who speak to you aggressively and not in a nice way so Be warned. Cash only too. I’d only come here if I want a quick wash and go.

Very good wash wasnt worth the price had to reclean bits when i got home. Otherwise lovely staff

The team were really quick and efficient. Car looks super shiny and the interior smells nice and fresh. All windows done inside and out. Trims, dashboard, centre console etc. Well impressed and super quick service. Taking the other car next week.

1 Star – Absolutely Terrible Experience Today I visited this car wash for their Silver package, which clearly includes inside and outside cleaning with vacuuming. I ended up waiting around 40 minutes just for my turn because the service was unbelievably slow. When it was finally my turn, a staff member who barely spoke English opened my car and immediately told me my car was “too dirty” and that I must pay £50 for the Gold wash instead. Excuse me — if my car was already clean, why would I even come to a car wash in the first place? The attitude was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The staff member was disrespectful and clearly had no interest in actually doing the job I came for. Instead of providing the Silver service I requested, they refused and tried to pressure me into paying significantly more for a low-quality service. To make things worse, they didn’t even properly wash the outside of the car (photos attached). The quality was poor, corners were clearly cut, and after wasting my time waiting, I was basically told to either pay more or leave. In the end, they just suggested a £10 wash-and-go and told me to leave. This place is completely unprofessional, the staff clearly don’t want to work, and they have terrible customer service. They seem more interested in upselling people than actually providing the service they advertise. Would absolutely NOT recommend. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place.

I was been in crystal clean hand car wash. It was amazing job they’re did to my car. I’ve been in so many places. But they’re didn’t do good job like this car wash. I recommended to everyone who’s looking for good service and good cleaning. Thanks guys

First time in Crystal Clean Carwash Salford, and very impressed with the work they do. Organised, you can see what they do at every step, and they don't mess with sear and car settings. You hold the car key all the time.
