Express Hand Car Wash & Valeting

Used to be an excellent car wash. I went today and was met with rudeness from a man shouting at me trying to say that a Mini Cooper was classed as a medium priced car now instead of a small car, which I’d always paid for before. When I got home I found the car to not be cleaned properly at all. Dirty patches of grime still left on there and smeared running water marks on windows. Really bad and won’t be going there again now, despite previously using for years. Such a shame.

Outstanding wash and thy have very good tyres and done my service with very good price. The owners are super friendly. This is gone be my place for my all vehicles. Honestly speaking with price I paid for car wash and service I can't find any other garage and car wash to beat the price and quality. Toyota service price was £380 plus VAT and here I paid half for service got a free mine valeting, and 1 tier. 🙌

Price super cheap compare to other 4 car wash and garage I used most recently, quality is outstanding my cars are always washed here and the shin come out like it's brand new, and reliability are brilliant. I can assure you and recommend you once you use them you will never go to anyone ales. I can't see any better places for car wash and tiers then this place. I always come to this place on free time for best service, clearly when I am in rush they missed few spots that's on me, rest of the time they are brilliant.

My company vehicle were with other car wash I wasn't happy with them, but these guys are super friendly and my vehicle were fabulously clean in and out. From today onwards all my vehicle will go express hand carwash. Price are good aswell as give shiny look to my vehicle. Honestly speaking with this price I pay the service is brilliant, and I have tried 5 other in my area this is the best both with price and quality. I will always come and will always recommend it to others. I will divert my van for tiers aswell to this place.

Since the new management has come I got the car washed twice and the guys especially the one who collected the money didn’t have a clue. When I asked him that the car wasn’t dry he said it’s no point it will get wet again BUT it was not raining I didn’t know what he was referring to. I would not recommend anyone to go unless you want to waste your money.

This is how hand wash car looks like !!! No communication while washing the car. Display shows different price and what is being charged is more. All they have done wash with jet wash and wiped with dirty cloth (I opted for outside wash only)and was told all done. Was in rush otherwise I would have discussed with them for this kind of service.

Car was cleaned well enough but oh my.....extremely painfully slowly....

Terrible job, the car doesn’t look any cleaner than before I went there. Water marks, smudges and dirt all over the car. Waste of my time and money and I have to get it washed again elsewhere. I will not be coming back

I took my Hyundai here today to have a full valet prior to selling it and I am extremely happy with the service provided. My car was very dirty and had a lot of stains and dirt/hair/mud everywhere but they did an amazing job and have cleaned it exceptionally. The car now looks brand new and spotless - it looks showroom ready now. They were also very friendly and it was very easy to arrange a date/time for the valet. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much!

I’ve used this car wash several times now, and every single visit seems to come with the same frustrating problem — I end up finding screws in my tyres afterwards. At first I thought it was just bad luck, but after it’s happened multiple times, it’s hard to believe it’s a coincidence. It’s completely unacceptable to risk damaging customers’ tyres like this. Not only is it expensive to fix, but it’s also dangerous to drive away without noticing. A car wash should be a place where you take care of your vehicle, not leave with potential safety hazards. On top of that, there’s been no accountability or concern shown when I raised the issue. Instead of looking into it properly, it was brushed off. I definitely won’t be returning, and I’d strongly advise others to be cautious before using this place.

The price list is completely wrong. It says £13 for large cars outside, but they’re actually charging £17. Clearly the place has gone downhill under this new management, they’re doing a terrible job. On top of that, they can’t even be bothered to complete all the steps for a proper wash. Will not recommend. Be Aware all please.
