Additives in fuel, cars evap code throwing up now

Person working on 7/7/26 at 17:00 is incredibly rude and needs to learn how to speak to customer!! Pathetic

Being refused because I'm a foreign citizen, I provide cash or card before requesting petrol the cashier didn't accept and send me to fill up on my country disrespectful...

Cashier Wanted me to pay for fuel first before filling up. Everyone else seemed to not have to pay first. Been going here for the last 5 years on my way to work never been asked to pay at till first.

21.01.2026 around 17:00 clock I was picked my parcel there is a little angry thing behind the cashier he is so unprofessional and rude! He need to be do some training! My parcel signed by J.JASO so I am not sure is him but he so unprofessional he is swearing me and shouting and throwing my parcel away he need to be removed immediately! I am gonna take this incident further! Absolutely disgusting!

I fueled my car & picked some snacks, this morning ready for my road trip. Upon paying, I was greeted by a miserable man who took my payment. This misery was incredibly off putting. Needs to be taught kindness and perhaps some customer service training on how to deliver. The man behind me, waiting to pay, cared more about me than the server. 😊

There is an incident happened on 9/05/2024 at 12:52 AM , with an employee called Panch , i wanted to buy cigarettes he asked for my ID which wasn’t on me , so i filled my car petrol and i paid it . He was so aggressive towards me and that’s wasn’t for the first time ive asked him for a receipt before he gives me a receipt he sweared at me with his language i have asked him what did u say he told me nthg and obviously he said something not in English. I would like to discuss this matter further because it is serious even though this wasn’t for the first time .

Good car wash, but sometimes the brush is broken

I don't know, sometimes I have the impression that all negative opinions are related to the bad attitude of customers. I visit this station once a week or two weeks, the staff is always nice and smiling, the seller always asks how I'm doing, if I'm having a good day, he's just friendly. Always professional and fast. I also use the automatic car wash, and here the salesman is very willing to help with everything, with a smile on his face. I think if you are friendly, people will be friendly too. The most important thing is to relax and show more understanding, you will be surprised how good it affects others 😉

Esso petrol station now, jet wash self service closed most of the time. And before was closing the jet wash at 6pm.I think that’s a trick to make you using the brush wash without giving you a receipt, clever employers. Hello owner of this station,are you checking the reviews to take some actions?
