Unhappy with the service. I had to keep pointing out all the missed places and almost requesting to clean properly - poor attitude and output!

Very disappointed with the service. I paid for a valet, but there was no difference compared to a basic wash inside and out. I even asked the staff if the valet was finished, and they said yes, which was surprising because the car still looked poorly cleaned. I waited a long time despite there not being many staff working. The car was left with water marks all over it, and it didn't look like it had received the level of cleaning I paid for. Definitely not worth the money. I won't be coming back and would not recommend this place if you're expecting a proper valet service.

I visited the car wash expecting a quick outside wash, as I only wanted the exterior cleaned. The place was completely empty, and I didn't come out of the car. I paid and left. When I got home, I noticed that only the alloys were half-cleaned, and all four wheels were still dirty. The lower part of the car was also left uncleaned. I don't usually leave reviews for such services, but I feel compelled to do so because they made me do it. Additionally, they used dirty cloths, which could have caused scratches on my car. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Been coming here for years. There's new guys working here very young. My bank card was taken from my center console in June. Beware. The usual women who keeps them working hard was not there. When she's not there don't bother getting car wash the quality is bad.

Terrible service and a complete waste of money. I paid extra for a deep clean, but they barely touched the interior. The tight spaces between the seats and the center console are still full of crumbs, dirt, and dust. It looks like they just rushed through the job. If I pay premium prices, I expect a proper clean. Avoid this place!

Avoid at all cost filthy place to the rubbish car wash very expensive for dirty wash

They don't clean car properly eventhough if you tell them where the dirt is.. It happend to me two times. Today i went for car wash there for my Bmw X3 and told to owner and he assured me that they will clean car all parts properly but same bad work.I wouldn't recommend this car wash center.

Do a great job!

I have had very mixed experiences here. Recently, I had to wait over an hour with only three cars in front of me. While waiting, I noticed the staff lacked basic experience; they were using sponges on the dirty rims first and then using that same grit-filled sponge on the bodywork, which is a guaranteed way to scratch the paint. ​However, I realized this drop in quality was because the experienced worker, Florina, was away on holiday for over a month. I have had my car washed here when she is present, and it is a completely different story—everything runs smoothly, professionally, and the car comes out very clean. ​Big shout out to Florina for her hard work, but the owner needs to ensure the standards don't drop so drasticly when she isn't there to coordinate. I wouldn't recommend going unless you see her on-site!

It's bad.

staff are like Cowboys and the owner said to me if you don’t like it you can go. It just says car wash when in reality they do not know nothing about car wash I strongly suggest do not go because they’re gonna damage your wheels with acid which is illegal to use for a hand car wash in the UK I strongly suggest that the council and health and safety team investigate this car wash this is the worst car wash I’ve seen in Harrow Barrow With fully illegal workers sleeping on the side with shutters down to the front and rear welcome to Harrow!!!!

The best valet around, very meticulous and value for money

Such a bad experience i had at this car wash. I got the car washed last time and paid via bank transfer and this time when I came these guys are saying last time the transaction did not go through and it declined although I had the records in my bank statement of the transfer but she still said we did not receive such liars and bad practice. Won't recommend this place at all.

Me and my husband washed our car there and the concrete rendering fall off from the ceiling and scratches our car. We tried to ask for damage and no-one listent. Ther building is almost falling off and ceiling is a hazard for everyone. Also I question how many workers have right to work in uk

This hand car wash always wash the car to an excellent standard. The people who wash the cars are always polite and I think you definitely get value for money. Overall service is great! Keep it up 😀. I definitely recommend this hand car wash to anyone looking for exceptional car washing.

I recently visited this car wash and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of service and attention to detail! From the moment I drove in, the staff greeted me warmly and made sure to address all my needs. The exterior wash was thorough and left my car sparkling, while the interior cleaning was equally good. I really recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and kind. They washed my car perfectly. Couldn't have asked for better service and will definitely be coming back.
