West Harrow Garage Eurorepar Car Service

I was initially very happy with this garage, but my recent experience has left me disappointed. I was charged for 12 litres of engine oil during the service of my Mercedes Sprinter. After collecting the van, I checked the electronic oil level through the vehicle’s system, and it was only showing around half, which was unexpected for a vehicle that had just been serviced. This has raised concerns about whether the correct amount of oil was added. I will be giving the garage the opportunity to inspect the van and explain the situation, and I hope they resolve it promptly. Good customer service is not just about carrying out the work—it’s also about attention to detail and giving customers confidence that the job has been completed correctly.

Went in to have my Mazda checked with screeching noise, and their technicians zero in brake disc+pad replacement very quickly. Top job and reasonably priced. I like them with no bs and quick action.

First time needing to find a garage for a Class 7 van MOT. Simple booking process, I arrived about 5 minutes late but it didn't cause any issues. Friendly staff and all done in under an hour. Just a heads up, there's not that much space to park or stop nearby so you may need to arrive not too early for your booking and may need to move your vehicle not too long after it's sorted.

We have used them a few times over the last few years and have always found them reliable and straightforward. We recently had our fuel filter replaced in BMW 5 series by them, and everything was done well.

I've used these guys for a few years now. I think they're great. Sometimes they don't even charge for small jobs. I remember when they strived once to ensure I found a spare part rather than doing what would have been a major job and saved me £1000s. Another time, they could not find an issue with the car after a service and even though it was not their fault, they simply pursued until the solution was found at no cost to me. When anything needs to be done, they always ask my permission before doing any work. Highly recommend.

Always great service. Recently I needed a replacement wheel. I bought one from eBay and the garage removed the old wheel, fitted tHe new and swapped over the tyres all for £10 (+ VAT)!
