By far the WORST car wash in Newcastle. The staff are unnecessarily rude, and they do half the job and say they’re finished. My 5 year old does a better job than these guys. Didn’t even dry the car! Been here twice and definitely won’t be returning here.

Extremely rude staff no customer service skills at all. They didn't even wash my car and to top it off I was shouted at by the man from the office. Defo would not recommend.

We didn’t do our research before taking our car here. Just under two weeks and no one has come clean to the theft or even tried to replace my child’s special needs harness. This is £699 to buy and for them to not take this seriously. I feel one of the workers must have known the value of this and decided to take part away with them to sell or even use for their own or others use. Iv tried many times through different communication to reach out to the supposedly manger only receiving one voice message to say they are busy and not ignoring me. that was 2 weeks ago and Iv since reached out many times even going to the place to be told come bk later . Iv reported to police (not sure they will help) But please be aware they can be all nice to your face but take right out your car what they like even if it’s secure. Unfortunately for them we have advised others not to use this place and go elsewhere. Such a shame all they had to do was give my daughter stuff back or replace. But this is obviously the type of people to not have a care for others even children safety. AVOID

One of the worst car wash i have been. Stayed over 2 hours to finish staff just hanging around talking to other people. I had asked multiple times. At some point one of the staff sat down while just smoking. I asked why the hover wasn’t done he ignored. Car mats were put back in my car wet. After it was finally finished i asked to put some tyre shine he said he doesn’t care AVIOD

Hi just to inform anyone going for a car wash. Been there for a wash and unfortunately the person who cleaned inside the car has taken my bank card from the sunglasses compartment and used it. I have reported to the police now.

BEWARE OF FINEs/PCN, it's a horrible decison to put cameras for a car wash and charge parking fine while waiting for car wash. Even if you are not parked in parking bay you will receive a fine after 15days or so. The car registration entry pad is located in kiosk which doesn't make sense as in general car drivers don't step out of the car for a car wash. It's another easy money making and very bad customer service treatment.

Disappointed as they’ve done good washing but then dried horribly. They made me move at least 5 times from my position to accommodate others but still really rushed drying the car. Many dry streaks on my window panes and body of the car Wouldn’t go there again

I went to get my car wash last week with my 1 year old baby, they took money before starting to wash. I paid and when I came back home it wasn't clean properly. Today, I went again to get the car wash with my wife and baby. The same person came and asked for money first. I said you do the job then I will see and pay. The person was very rude and refused to wash my car. I trust this is not a customer who should be treated and get back to the car wash again. Never go to this car wash, they will rob your money

Paid the £10 car sprayed with soap? Then jet washed my car. More soap & a good wipe down with sponges. Brushed wheels & arches etc. Another jet spray to clean off soap. Then polished & dried off. Mirrors & lights all cleaned too. Very happy with results my car was filthy with builders dust & bird muck. Would use again .

Just paid £25.00 for a valet outside and inside. Absolute waste of money! The boot hadn’t even been hoovered, the glove compartment was not touched. Dashboard still full of dust wasn’t even cleaned, marks which would go away with a wipe Were still on cup holder, seat. Pictures can’t even explain how bad it was! Never coming back here. Don’t waste your money coming here. Came home and cleaned it myself so much dirt left in the car, shocking! He also left his half drank water bottle in there for me to bin so so unprofessional don’t understand how they are still open.

Very rude man who approached the car started trying to talk to my wife in the passenger seat charges £6.99 for just a wash I drove off once he told me the price avoid if you can

Second time washing my car, will never come back. Actually I didn’t want to come back my husband wanted to go this place, again very disappointed with their service, they only Hoover where they can see, if there is a small Box in boot they won’t even bother to move it and Hoover it. My windows still dirty after they’ve washed. Again my boot wasn’t clean. Don’t waste your £25 this is the worst car wash in Newcastle

Only came here after the match because of the traffic. No other customers but they rushed mine and didn't even dry the car.

Very rude people. Put my car uncleaned and took it uncleaned as well. Not recommended, be aware scammers!!!!

Has there been a change of ownership? Went recently, despite being upsold the full valet for £25 there was no hint of any of the upgrades. The upholstery wasn't vacuumed properly, and it also smells as if the cloth they used needed cleaning. It started raining and after waiting near enough an hour as one fella worked on the interior i decided i couldnt be bothered to raise the numerous issues with the clean. I wont be back
