Friendly efficient service

I had a highly disappointing experience at the IMO Car Wash in Bushey and strongly advise avoiding this branch. They blatantly refuse to issue valid receipts for payments, which is completely unacceptable for any legitimate business. Worse, they engage in deceptive practices regarding their loyalty program. The staff intentionally 'forgets' or outright refuses to stamp your digital app, ensuring that returning customers can never actually claim the free car wash promised after five visits. It feels less like an oversight and more like a deliberate tactic to mislead people and avoid honoring their own promotions. Unprofessional, untrustworthy, and absolutely not worth your time or money.

The best service, was sceptical about a machine wash. But amazing.

The outside car wash doesn't really get that clean as i noticed a few scuffs although as they are partnered with Tesco club card their Rain guard clean costed £6 via tesco club card app although it is a cool experience.

Decent service for decent price. Could be a lot better, but I guess you get what you pay for.
