Very unhappy customer who filled up with petrol, cashier watched during the process. Went to pay, told cashier about the fuel, Cashier did not process fuel. I then get fined from fore court eye because there was no proof of the conversation. No I didn't check the receipt but realistically, who does? I was a woman on my own in the shop and do not feel safe or respected to go back again.

Used to be cheaper than the rest but recently I purchased petrol at £1.91 and NOT even single Pump in Watford was selling unleaded for more than £1.83. They should not RIP OFF the already ridiculous petrol prices people HAVE to pay.

I stopped at this BP station at around 10pm to fill up before driving back to London. The member of staff on duty was incredibly rude and unprofessional. While I was filling up, I briefly looked at my phone. The pump was immediately stopped, which I understand is a safety precaution. As soon as I realised, I switched my phone off, put it away, and attempted to continue filling up. Instead of simply restarting the pump after I had complied, the staff member told me to come inside. When I politely asked why he hadn’t turned the pump back on, he repeatedly said it was because I had been on my phone. I explained that I had already switched it off and put it away, but he refused to let me continue. To make matters worse, he then threatened to report my registration number to the police, claiming I would receive three penalty points for using my phone while refuelling. Whether or not this is true, the way he spoke to me was intimidating, confrontational, and completely unnecessary. (Which I have now found out he was lying about) I fully appreciate that safety rules must be followed, and I accepted that I shouldn’t have been using my phone. However, once I had complied immediately, there was no need to treat me with such hostility. Was it my gender, race, or that I’m a pregnant lady who is alone at night. It was out of order. It was a south Asian, middle aged man. I’ve never been spoken to like that at a petrol station before. Customer service costs nothing, and this experience completely ruined the end of what had otherwise been a pleasant day. I won’t be returning to this station and would encourage others to avoid it if they expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

I take 2 Red Bull and lady charged me for 3 I go back after 1 minutes and ask lady why you charge for 3 Red Bulls and she saying you laying you take 3 i ask for manager and lady said I’m the manager and never said any sorry just lafing theer got camera

I filled fuel for my motorbike at station 6 the pump does not stop automatically once the tank is full. I informed the staff about it and he said that it does not stop automatically I should stop it manually. This pump is unsafe to fill for motorbike

Regular petrol station service with car wash (not jet because of thecold I guess) Downside there is no premium diesel available only petrol. Why??

I have lost my wallet at this station and the kind service member found my NHS employee card and passes on to an NH S staff member.who then sent me an email and I have collected my wollet. On 08/10/2023at 14:32 it happened. I am very grateful to the BP staff

Iam a long term truck driver fill up truck today at Watford gap went to pay for my diesel pump 19 the girl said no on 19 had give it to someone else they had and they tryed to put pin number wrong pin twice the other driver looked at the card and that's not my card then I entered my pin and said wrong pin they had blocked my works BP fuel card so BP can you please tell your cashers to check cards before they hand to drive well peed off day thanks Watford cap

I Have a company Car using BP Fuel card only, This BP (is 2 miles from House) is supposed to be open 24hrs !! I leave for work early in the morning and many a time all pumps have tags dont use or a plastic bag over them, I understand if they are getting fuel delivery. As I work In MK had to use the BP Hemel just off the junction 8 and there is never a problem, the only reason I dont use this BP garage constantly you need to exit left to the roundabout and back up passed, to enter M1 North, a bit of messing around. But if a Fuel Station states OPEN 24hrs it needs to provide a 24Hrs Service
