Bushey Hand Car Wash

I’m genuinely shocked by the service I received. I paid for a full valet, yet the car was still filthy when I collected it. The wing mirrors were dirty, there were still bird droppings and stains on the paintwork, and several areas had clearly not been cleaned properly. When I pointed this out, instead of apologising or putting it right, the staff argued with me and refused to accept that the car hadn’t been cleaned to the standard I’d paid for. The customer service was incredibly rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, I was told I couldn’t pay by card and had to pay cash. Only when I explained that I genuinely didn’t have any cash did they eventually produce a card machine after a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth. As I drove away, I also discovered they had left the boot lid open. For a paid full valet, this level of cleanliness and customer service is completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place.

Wasn’t very happy with the service. The inside and outside were done in around 10 minutes and it felt rushed with bits missed. The boot wasn’t hoovered properly either. Worst car wash I’ve been to.

Rude aggressive and hostile

Really disappointed with my car wash. I purchased the mini valet for £40. They had a queue of cars so they rushed the job and missed loads of places which you would expect to be covered. I had to get someone else in Neasden (Cygnus Park) to do an inside and out afterwards for £15 and they did a far better job. £40 is a lot of money where you expect service and quality. I did not get either except for the paper matts 😂 I wish I read the reviews beforehand... I hope my £40 saves other people at least from being ripped off.

Very missing leading on page says closes at 7pm , got there at 6:30 closed , waste time and gas

Cheap and affordable hand car wash

Took my car in today and it was rushed and not cleaned properly and had to tell them to clean the excess water which they had sprayed on to the mats and carpet

Sadly, the service today was rushed and my car wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. It honestly felt like the job was hurried through. As a female customer, I shouldn’t feel like I’m being treated differently. Really disappointed. Attention to detail was lacking, especially compared to previous visits. I expect better for what I’m paying.

Worst car wash I have ever been- lazy and uninterested staff. Would have been cleaner if left in rain

Hands down the worst car wash i have ever been to. Car was half cleaned, 5 min to clean inside and outside no attention to detail. Is first time I went there today and i will newer go back,i don’t recommend this shiity car wash to anyone
