IMO Car Wash

Ripped the paint off my new car. Admitted the damage wasn’t there when he started jet washing. Filled out a complaint form 8 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything off anyone since. Every time i check i get brushed off. Terrible.

Prices have increased recently, not 100% sure it's worth it, more that imo own every car wash in the area and now are forcing up prices. Same product, costs more.

When I parked up after coming out of here my car was still filthy! Was full of dirty water marks and didn’t look clean at all. Waste of a tenner and it’s well overdue a service
